“This is an HONEST REVIEW. PLEASE READ. This is by far the most professional phone repair shop in Jacksonville. Not only are they honest but their customer service is top tier. The previous repair shop charged me $300 for a LCD screen that broke a week later. I called Alex and he told me he can have it fixed in 7mins. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly welcoming and again HONESTY. My phone was fixed in the time frame he gave and for the price we discussed. He replaced my screen with the OLED NOT LCD. Other shops quoted me $400 for the OLED. Integrity will take a company far and this company will be one that goes far.”

“Long story short: my phone would not charge regardless how much I struggled and forced it to connect. I needed my phone working. My wife and son were traveling extensively and I'm 72. I needed a new phone, but with my son's knowledge to select the right one, and they wouldn't be home for six more days. With only 40 percent charge left, I had to leave it off, and check it briefly a couple times a day. I went to Batteries Plus to get a new battery, hoping that would buy me more time. Mike Fox at the San Jose store informed me that unfortunately they are not always shipped from the factory fully charged. He took my phone and worked on it intently behind the counter for several minutes. He then handed it back to me and said, "It's not perfect, but it's better. It is charging." All I could say is, "Thank you. What do I owe you?" "Nothing. Glad to help." You do not hear those words anymore. Thank you, Mike and Batteries Plus. Bill Hazes”

My phone was a total mess — cracked screen, battery dying every hour — and I thought it was beyond saving. But she worked her magic!
She kept me updated the whole time, explained everything clearly, and even gave me tips to keep my phone healthy longer. I left with a phone that looked and worked like BRAND NEW. And the prices? Super fair. You can tell she actually cares about her customers, not just making a quick buck.

“Honest and great working people. I had issues with 2 car amps and the diagnosed both in a timely manner and kept me in the loop about what the issues were . 1 of the amps I took to a car audio shop and they told me it was bad but the electronic service squad found it to be in working order with no issues. Turned out it was my bass knob and had nothing to do with my amp.they were very honest and very helpful. I will definitely be taking all my electronics to these guys in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They took time to hook my amp up and show me that it was in working condition even though they were busy. So if you have anything that needs repairs trust e.s.s to take care of it and not rip you off...very price friendly and very knowledgeable.”

My nail lady was so kind and ran me up there to pick it up and it looked like new. If you need somewhere in this side of town in a hurry definitely go to this location. “Called Bruce up this morning around 10am and asked what film cameras he had for a beginner. He had a whole lot but he said he only takes cash but that wasn't a problem since the ATM is right near his store, C46. I showed up and he got me set up with a Nikon FG and a 50mm AF lens. He threw in a polarizer filter and a strap, too. Very professional service and especially kind and friendly.”
