Honest and great working people. I had issues with 2 car amps and the diagnosed both in a timely manner and kept me in the loop about what the issues were . 1 of the amps I took to a car audio shop and they told me it was bad but the electronic service squad found it to be in working order with no issues. Turned out it was my bass knob and had nothing to do with my amp.they were very honest and very helpful. I will definitely be taking all my electronics to these guys in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They took time to hook my amp up and show me that it was in working condition even though they were busy. So if you have anything that needs repairs trust e.s.s to take care of it and not rip you off...very price friendly and very knowledgeable.

Nope! Never!! Damaged and dented the shell! Stripped a screw! $200 to replace a charging port! I replaced the motherboard for $60 myself.**Pretty much what I would expect from mediocrity. Not accepting responsibility but put the onus on the customer that pays! Lesson learned**

ABSOLUTELY AMAZED! The service and the knowledge of this company has blown me away! I had an item that was corroded and shorted out in numerous locations and they were able to repair it!! They saved me thousands as this piece was not able to be replaced and the only other option for me was to upgrade! Thank you ESS!! You guys are amazing! On the road again!! :)

They are awesome! Had my house struck by lightning on this past Monday and caused a power surge. My PlayStation wouldn’t cut on or show on the screen and they fixed it quickly and at a very fair price. 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had the most amazing experience doing business with Electronic Service Squad. They brought my Ps5 back to life after a lightning storm took it it out. Could not be happier. Thank you all !!

UnprofessionalEDITCalled in to ask how much it would cost to fix a camera, throughout the call the woman would interrupt (unprofessional), woman said it would be 30 to diagnose, I replied that canon already assessed the camera and said it was the motherboard (no the woman did not ever ask "how do you know it is the motherboard" like stated in the reply). Woman told me the shop fixes motherboards so I asked hypothetically how much they usually charge to FIX MOTHERBOARDS GENERALLY (similar to how you ask a car shop how much a car part would be to replace and it gives you a ball park based on your car) since Canon had already diagnosed the problem. Woman interrupted, then she continued to say it would have to be diagnosed first to find out if it was the motherboard (she did NOT say motherboards have different prices otherwise i would've dropped it) so i replied that i understood but that i wanted to see what their ball park prices were for fixing canon/camera motherboards specifically if possible (The 30 to diagnose was fine but it's nice to plan for how much you'd be spending before driving 40 miles, especially to a shop that has reviews stating it scams people). Lady called another technician and continued to interrupt mid question/sentence. Instead of handing the phone to the technician wanted me to tell her the serial so she could tell him (ok fine). Then when attempting to find serial/model number REPEATEDLY INTERRUPTED (unprofessional) in the middle of reading the model to state that that wasn't right, then finally interrupted again and said, "so we do not get frustrated just text this number the camera information". I was not in any way frustrated and actually patient despite the interruptions, but she sounded frustrated throughout the entire call which would explain the interruptions. Texted the number the info, did not hear back (unprofessional). Ive seen the other reviews claiming that this shop does not tell you what the problem actually is until the device is fixed and makes up problems to upcharge, judging by her avoiding a simple question/ball park quote, "getting frustrated", interrupting, and the company's response, it is what she was probably going to do. Was going to leave the review with a 1 star and single word "unprofessional" but since the business seems to be interested in using the "recorded calls" to twist lies about what happened, I decided to leave an actual review (you were also on speaker in a room full of witnesses). No false "allegations" by writing "unprofessional". An experience isn't an allegation so there's not anything to "cease and desist", you should acknowledge your actions. How you reply to reviews is unprofessional by itself, the customer service isn't good.
