2 AC units installed same day. The install team headed by Luis was very informative and efficient. Answered all questions and showed me how to check the UV lights and maintenance to reduce rust since I'm oceanside. Followup by Forrest was excellent. explained the nuances of the systems clearly.

Forrest Bockhold was my tech for the day, and may I say it was a beautiful experience. Straight forward, friendly, taught me a thing of too as well! I will recommend Forrest to any neighbor who needs assistance with HVAC.

Andres Chavez performed a service call pertaining to the heating mode of our newly installed system. He did a continuity check of the system and found that the wiring was installed incorrectly. His display of professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. His patience in assisting me with the app setup was greatly appreciated. He’s truly an important resource to this company. Seth came out to our house to address an issue with our unit not properly utilizing auxiliary heat mode; Seth was kind in letting us know it was user error and just needed to adjust a setting in our Nest app. The whole service was exemplary and he was very informative regarding what he was doing and the findings of his work. When we need service in the future, Seth would ideally be our requested technician.

I used to use this place, but no more. Recommended to my son. A capacitor was changed out and when he paid he was tricked into a service agreement. It took months to get his money back. If you're unhappy go straight to BBB. That was the only thing that prompted a refund. I no longer use or recommend. Embarrassing to recommend and have this happen.

Forrest was our technician to perform our semi-annual system maintenance. After letting us know in advance that he was on his way, he showed up on time and was friendly, professional and, most of all, knowledgeable. He spent lots of time evaluating our system, offering solutions for future consideration and providing estimates so that we could schedule the work at a convenient time. Highly recommend Forrest and the crew at Elite, they live up to their name!

Ryan did an exceptional work in our house. He installed a Rainier tankless water heater, a water softener system and a hot insinkerator dispenser. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous gentleman. If I could, I would give him and the company a 5K star review. Highly recommended. Just give them a call!
