Giselle is the kindest associate I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! She was patient and courteous during the whole process. Made my rental a breeze. Also, Zack was kind enough to drive me back to the mechanic once my car was ready! Ten out of ten would recommend.

This location never fails to meet my standards. My government name is Ethan R and I got a rental from here which is a really nice Toyota Camry. The staff are super nice and they remember every customer, they work with you if any issues pop up, and are very understanding and hard working. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a vehicle long term, or short term. My rental has been long term so far, I plan to renew my contract and will have to redo my deposit which I find slightly inconvenient, but over all this has been a 5 star experience and I will update if anything changes! :-)

Terrible experience. The agent gave me incorrect information over the phone the day before I arrived, and when I asked for clarification, she accused me of yelling, lying about what she said, and then refused to rent me a car. She gave me back my credit card and screamed at me that I had to give the keys back. She hadn't given me the keys-she had started the car and the keys were in the ignition. Gisele(?) was the most unpleasant person I've ever dealt with. I'll never use enterprise again.

I live and work downtown Jax so this location is very convenient. My rental process was smooth, quick, and easy. No jumping through hoops with credit cards, or not enough vehicles. They had plenty of nice vehicles to choose from and great customer service from everyone on the morning shift.My husband and I will definitely use this location again. Thanks guys!Mr. + Mrs Alexander

I’ve used this enterprise location twice now. The workers are very friendly and the cars were spotless both times. They also offered me a drive back without me asking. I’ve used three other locations in the past, but this one is my favorite by far. I will be back!

If I could give 0 stars ⭐️ to write this review I would workers are very unprofessional managers are even more unprofessional. They are very much rude. Call your phone yelling at you as if they were your parents making threats through emails even if you are one day late, I was placed on the do not rent list for absolutely no reason after I drop a money off for 480 bucks I was told that I was 75 short so I offered to wait until 3 o’clock for my bank card to be ran again I was so know that I had to close out the contract to start a new contract that would cost for another $300 deposit so I went to the 7-Eleven uploaded. My car came back and was told that they cannot accept that car after told by a manager that they would be able to. The manager Maria went in the back got on the phone with someone came back and told me that I was placed on the do not rent list so she give me a number to call. I called the number I was told that I was not put on the list to about 30 minutes into the phone call it had just finally pop up so at this point this is the worst enterprise I have ever rented Highly recommend it

Also, the check engine light was on three days after I got the car. I told managers employees and everyone that called me several times that the check engine light was on and they did not care not one bit but still one of my money help me drive in a car that had check engine light on.
