Just wanted to say the customer service was great! Shout out to Bakari Dowdell..He was very professional and found a nice suitable rental for me despite being out of full size cars. I was on time crunch and he went above and beyond to call around and find a full size car for me just in time. If you ever go to this location, talk to Bakari..he’ll definitely take care of you ??

I enjoy the pickup service to their office however I was thirsty and they could not order any cups to get some water.The other thing I noticed is that they offer you to upgrade your vehicle with your insurance since they did not have similar size SUB where you can play out of pocket if they cannot get your insurance to authorize the upgradeNothing really special and one more thing the outside of the vehicle was clean however the drivers side was dirty, something that I didn't really care for.I have to be honest they are ok

I've had a rental car for almost a year due to backordered parts on my vehicle that was in a accident. During that time Enterprise staff, especially Raven at this location, were friendly and responsive if I had any questions or concerns.There were a few times where the insurance company did not proactively extend my rental and I was charged, but talking with Enterprise they were able to get the charges removed in a timely manner and ensured that the charges would go to the insurance company and not to myself if this happened again.During my almost year long rental, the vehicle I was driving had a recall and I was able to go to the any Enterprise store and look over the available cars to find one I liked with no sense of rushing me to pick one. I really appreciated that the friendly experience I've had with the Enterprise staff and will definitely be using them for my rental needs in the future.

This review is from months ago but I just remembered I never left it but it’s semi important for anyone who may not LOOK like they have money. This place likes to discriminate.My family and I have rented from this location several times over the past 5 years. We’ve never owned a credit card and we’ve never had to show a utility bill. In fact, the time before the last time I was there, I had no problems getting the car I reserved, I used a debit card and showed no utility bill. BUT the couple next to me was requested to provide a credit card/show a utility bill. I thought that was extremely weird BUT also thought there was more to the story so I let it be.The last time I needed a car, it was due to a last minute family emergency. My mind went from lounging at home to family emergency, I was not worried about my hair, make up or clothes. I asked my friend to drive me to enterprise, she went out of her way to pick me up and take me because apparently Enterprise does not “pick you up” anymore.While I waited for her, I called and reserved the car. No policy change was noted. No request for a credit card or utility bill was noted. When I got to the location however, 20 minutes before they closed btw, they denied my rental because I did not have a credit card and utility bill.I had more than enough money on my debit card for my rental cost. I showed him my account and asked him to charge me the full amount now or put a hold on the car. Whatever he had to do to get me on my way. He took an attitude and if I was the worst customer he’s ever dealt with, I wasn’t even rude nor did I have an attitude. I thought it’d be an easy fix.No, he refused and told me to go home and get a utility bill. I told him my situation, explained I printed with them multiple times, and he could check my history with them and reminded him that they close in (now) 6 minutes, I wouldn’t have time to go home and come back. He then informed me that there were other rental places in the area and I “would not be getting a car with enterprise today.”Well, I won’t ever get a car with Enterprise again.I believe my appearance had a lot to do with how I was treated that day and I was completely offended and hurt. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I rented a van from Enterprise since my van needed repairs. They were able to bring the rental to me, at the repair shop, and pick it up once my vehicle was ready. I have children so it made transitioning into a rental a lot easier. Now what I did not appreciate is them putting me in a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Van. It was so spacious and the ride was as smooth as butter! Now my husband is telling me I need to trade in my 2019 Dodge Caravan - and I agree! Thank you Enterprise - Atlantic Team!

Man, what a difference management makes. So much better than the one on Atlantic by 295. Go to this location or the big one by the toyota dealership.
