Enterprise really makes it easy to rent a car! The app lets you check in before you get there and it makes the process so quick when you arrive! And the drop off is just as fast! Bryce was a huge help to find where we needed to go when we arrived at the airport!

Customer service was excellent, minimal wait time and very easy return process.Car was just ok. Even though we paid for a midsize car it was a very basic car with no extras.

I am a faithful enterprise customer. Even when there's no way enterprise an the team make a way to get me in a great car that fits my needs. At this location I want to shout out some of the must incredible workers with great professional experience an customer service skill that are hands down epic. Chris is one who goes the distance amazing in every way nothing an bo were have I every received such good experience. Then there's Brandon who always has the best greeting and any problems come up he handles with care an skill. Herb absolutely a star he is always listening to my needs an helps make away for me to continue to have a good experience with enterprise. This location has a lot of absolutely amazing employees. So if you find your self here trust me when I say they will do everything to make sure you in a great safe car.

I have no choice, because I travel for business and my company had to choose this company (sigh). I had plenty of bad experiences before and this time was no different. The front desk representative was a nice guy (only good experience), then I went to pick up my car and they failed to have the car I reserved. I end up with the sport car that barely have space for my luggage. Before exiting the parking garage, I worry they will charge me for damages. Thus, I pointed it out and the representative was annoyed that I mentioned it.Make sure to take pictures of your dashboard before you drive off and again when you return the car. I filled up the car at the gas station less than 6 miles away. They charged me their rate of $5+/gal for missing 0.6 of a gallon. It was a sport car but how it was missing over half a gallon for driving 5 miles to the airport?Beware of the small fees they try to sneak into your receipt.

I rent month to month. Great service at drop off/pickup. Only thing to complain about is management doesn’t seem to know their inventory or have the ability to save vehicles when requested. I do rent from an airport and I report if/when damage is done but it’s clear that others do not as I have received vehicles that have pre-existing damage. I don’t pay for extra coverage so windshield replacement goes thru insurance. Those that don’t report clearly don’t have to worry about it.

I have had subpar experiences with Enterprise in the past. However, this time was excellent, no hiccups. I had ordered the Sirius addition for a daily fee since we were driving a far distance, and that was not available in the vehicle I was given. I didn’t actually mind though and it ended up saving me money, so NBD. It was a very easy process to pick up the vehicle and return the vehicle.

As always Enterprise was easy and convenient when it comes to reservations and pick up. Vehicle was clean and waiting after checking in at Kiosk. Return was smooth and very convenient as well. Galina was very helpful and pointed me to the terminal
