After my last two experiences with enterprise and specifically this location, I will never use Enterprise for car rentals again. The last time I rented a vehicle for personal use, I was asked to sign the agreement without review and ended up being charged an additional $200+ dollars for additional fees that I would have declined had I been asked. Today I reserved a vehicle for 12pm pick up, this specific location closes at 12pm on Sundays, why is it even an option for customers to book at car at this time? This location is 15 minutes from where I live and upon leaving and looking up this location on google I came to know the location closes at 12pm to which I immediately tried getting in contact with someone at the office to let them know I was on my way to pick up the vehicle and would be there at 12pm. No one picked up my call, I could hear the phone line come off hold briefly several times while waiting however it was never answered and I continued to wait up until arriving at the location when they were locking up at 12pm. I spoke to the employee locking the door and told him that I had a reservation for 12pm and tried to call them to let them know I was going to be there at 12 which was my car pick up time to which he told me he could not help me and to call the Jacksonville airport location as my next resort. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

First, Anthony forced me to purchase OPTIONAL insurance, stating that I may not leave with the car unless I buy it. I told him I have my own insurance just didn’t have the card on me. Then, when renewing my 30 day contract, I asked how much I owed and paid what they told me. He then told me I’ll be getting my full $300 deposit back in 2-3 business days. I only got $40 back. They said it went towards what I owed when I called. But yet I asked how much I owed that day and paid what they told me. Don’t tell me I’ll be getting back my full deposit if I’m not. That’s bad business. He also laughed in my face when getting the miles/fuel from the car. I’ve never dealt with such a deceitful and untruthful business. I do not recommend this location, especially Mr. Anthony. They’ll lie to you and then say they didn’t to cover themselves.

Simple and easy to rent. Car was nice. Good service. Young man was attentive and very helpful. I don't remember his name. Blonde young man. Props to him.

A young man by the name of Anthony forced me to get the insurance. Come to find out, it’s optional insurance and I wasted nearly $250 on optional insurance that I was forced to purchase. He specifically told me that I may not rent the car unless I purchase protection. This is extremely wrong and unethical.

Great service! We have done several local rentals in Jacksonville with extremely poor service! The enterprise location on Phillips Hwy was impeccable! We reserved the vehicle 20min before arriving and were in a vehicle driving away within 5min of arriving. Customer service was outstanding. This will be the only place we go from now on!

So far we have had three cars rented for family members and friends who came to visit us in Florida. First time they worked with Anthony and now only ask for him. Everyone was friendly and greeted them. Anthony knows a lot about the cars they rent. Very knowledgeable. He actually suggested a better car for my friend and it actually saved her money and in return she was able to get the extra protection without paying more. He took great care of my family and friends. Understood what we needed for a wonderful value. He took the time to explain the little extras that helped us feel more protected when renting a car from Enterprise. Wasn’t much more money to have the insurance and be protected and have peace of mind.

I have rented from this location before and had good experiences, not the best, but good, this last time though, because I was renting for just one day, I didn't purchase the road side assistance. The next morning the battery was dead and when I called it was thrown back at me that I didn't purchase road side and to call my insurance. I get it if I had the car for a week, but 1 day??? The battery died, and I'm shamed because I didn't buy the extra add on??? Could have been handled better.

Enterprise is my go to for car needs whether I am travelling or the family car is in for service. They are friendly, fast, accommodating and I get to try out awesome, usually new vehicles. The prices are reasonable and they are responsive.

I was surprised that the only locations open on Sunday were at JAX and one in south Jacksonville but only until noon. Also I rented a full-size vehicle and was offered a Ford Edge or Buick Encore. Both are hardly full-size cars. The Buick was ok for 2 days but it wasn't as advertised.

Enterprise Rent-A- Car has the best customer service.Everyone was so helpful and kind.The office closes at 5 p.mbut they helped us until much later with no complaints.I'll be doing my future rentals with Enterprise.

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise and I had an overall great experience from start to finish. Enterprise makes it very easy to browse for vehicles you need based on class. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by a gentlemen named Cody. He quickly was able to show me the available vehicles on the lot for what I needed. Cody went above and beyond in getting me settled in a very nice ride. It was the perfect fit for my family and the trip we took to Blue Ridge.Thanks Enterprise and Cody for help my family and I get the perfect vehicle for our needs. We will be back!

Anthony Marconi was so helpful and his car knowledge came in handy when trying to find the perfect vehicle for me. From gas mileage to comfortability I was so happy I chose this location! He also told me about the damage protection, which made me feel protected through enterprise if something were to happen, which is always a concern of mine. They have great staff over here and I’m excited to tell all visitors about this location.
