Espling is now the only jewelry store I shop for my jewelry needs. They are always so kind and patient. The employees are wonderful and treat me like family! I am especially fond of their selection of estate jewelry. I very highly recommend this family business.

I went in yesterday to get my mom's wedding ring sized and her anniversary ring fixed that had 2 missing diamonds. The wedding ring was no issue but the anniversary ring turned out to be more work than I expected. Ben looked at the ring and said he would clean it and think on some ways to get it done without having to spend a lot. I loved that! He could of tried to sell me on the most expensive option which would change the whole ring but instead he came up with a way to keep it original!!! Ben obviously cares more about the customer than the money and that is priceless!! I'm posting this review before I even see the finished results because i had a great experience and I know the rings will look amazing!! These rings are sentimental since my dad is no longer with is. Thank you for caring about the customer. I will always come here for jewelry repairs!

I brought in a chain for a simple repair on a Friday, they were very nice and welcoming told me it would be done the following Friday. It was done on Wednesday and looks good as new. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

I'm 77 and having problems with arthritis in my hands and could no longer wear my bracelets. They were able to work with me and make suggestions as to what would help me. We agreed on a magnetic clasp. Picked up both bracelets today and they look fantastic and most of all I can now put them on and take them off! Looking forward to wearing them again after several years. A huge thank you!
