I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not rent here. I originally signed a contract for $165/month in February of 2021 prior to heading overseas for two years for work. After I had moved all of my things into the storage area and left the country for two years they raised the rent to $247/month in November of 2022. In May of 2023 they raised the rent to $304/month. By April of 2024 my 165/month rent had ballooned to $351. They had me over a barrel and jacked up the rent regularly and there was nothing I could do about it. They claimed it was because there was no lease and it was month to month and this was the “fair market value”. Total scam. Do not rent here.
