F L Nails (right across from IKEA in the plaza) is an absolute gem! Whether it’s a rainy day or you’ve just finished wandering IKEA for hours, this is the go-to spot for pure relaxation in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
We’ve brought our kiddos here several times and even attended a spa birthday party — every single visit has been wonderful. The staff is amazing with both kids and adults, making everyone feel comfortable and cared for.
My husband even enjoys going here for a pedicure, and I love that it’s something we can do together. Their work is always pure perfection — clean, precise, and consistent every time. The quality is top-notch, the prices are very reasonable, and I’ve never once felt pressured to “upgrade” or choose a more expensive package. They’re always super accommodating to whatever you’d like for yourself, and they genuinely want you to leave happy.
My personal favorite is Miss Kathy — she truly has hands of gold! Every massage leaves me with those perfect tingles, completely relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. Her touch is magical, and I always leave feeling like a brand-new person.
Every time we visit, we’re welcomed warmly and treated like family. This place has earned our business for life! If you haven’t checked them out yet, you’re missing out — they’re simply wonderful people who love what they do and take pride in it.

I absolutely love this place. I lived in FL for two years and moved back to Atl. I drove 5 hours back here just to get my pedicure. They remembered me by my polish color (Black) lol.

The quality of customer service has changed since
Manager has become owner (Sofi) I was there getting my nails done and the manager walked over to a customer and said your friend paid for your nails, and she left and only 5 dollar tip. So was so rude about it to the customer in the store.
I will say this it seems to be a regular thing at FL nails that they talk about their customers.
Most reviews are accurate they do share items
And if you pay attention they do not come in sterile bags from an autoclave I have decided not to return here anymore after 8 years as regular monthly customer

I’ve been coming to FL Nails for a few years on and off with my husband. Sophia is great and all the techs have been very friendly. The salon is always clean and the prices are fair.

When they did my feet one technician took one device from the tub she was using with one customer then switched it with the technician working with me and put it in my water without cleaning it. The tools are not in a sterile package. The technician used the tools with me and put it back on the rack for the next person. ?. She used one took and took the dead skin off my feet and only used water to rinse it then and put it back on the rack.The lined the tubs with a blue bag Busy I will text you later. The tools are not cleaned between customer. I have got fungus from not this salon but from another one from an unclean tun and it was hard to get rid of. So when I saw even the files she used were used previously and not cleaned. Red flag. This place was recommended from a friend from the past. I won’t go there again. The lady who helped me was very friendly.
