Coach Chris is the best group fitness coach I’ve ever worked out with. He does a great job of explaining each exercise clearly and concisely. He cues you when needed but doesn’t over correct to inter with the flow of your workout. I would recommend this for all fitness levels. It was a great workout.

Have been a member of F45 Deerwod since last year. The workouts are really good .I usually go for the 5.15 am or 6.15 am class.. it is really great starting your day energized. Definitely recommend
