I'm incredibly thankful for Factory Auto Glass! My window was busted pretty bad by a huge piece of plastic this morning (Friday the 13th, figures) on my way to work. I live over an hour away, so I needed this windshield replaced today. Clayton came out and got it fixed in speedy fashion. Super friendly folks, and quoted the least amount of all the other companies I called, and they couldn't even come til Monday. 10/10 * would def recommend!

Super simple they came to me very quick after I made a claim with my insurance company. Clayton S. Showed up promptly and had my brand new windshield installed in less than an hour! I’d rate 10 stars if I could.

A branch fell during the recent hurricane and shattered my windshield. I was looking for a place that could replace it quickly and found Factory Auto Glass. I was so impressed with their customer service with helping me to get a fast appointment. Carlos is an amazing tech and throughout the whole process went above and beyond. I explained we needed the car for an upcoming trip and he ensured the car was repaired in time. He really cares about the customers and we are so thankful. I highly recommend this business and want to give Carlos a thank you for an awesome job!

I have a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and live in Gainesville FL. My front passenger window exploded. I called the local dealership and was told it would a 10 day wait just to ordered the glass. This will never do with the rain we get. I started calling every company that services auto glass and nobody had the replacement glass. I called Factory Auto Glass to see what their wait time was going to be. I spoke with a real friendly lady and asked how many days it would be and she asked if tomorrow would be okay I told her yes, then she gave me the total and it was several hundred dollars cheaper than the dealership.
The next morning I received a phone call from William telling me he would be at my house around lunch time. William arrived around noon and introduced himself. Not long later I went outside and William told me he ran into an issue that he needed clarification on. He said the reason it took him so long he had to call a Chrysler dealership to answer questions about the issues he ran into. William cleaned up after replacing the window, the inside and outside of the vehicle and apologized for the time it took.
Again I want to thank William and Factory Auto Glass not only for having what I needed without waiting days but also for their fair pricing, professional service and being a company that takes care of their customers.

I have used Factory Auto Glass many times over the past several years. Their service and quality is many bars above Safelite and other glass services I have used in the past. If you want a factory replacement windshield and installed correctly, this is the place to call. They also come out to you. I highly recommend Factory Auto Glass for all your automotive glass needs.

I had an excellent experience with Factory Auto Glass. My replacement windshield was ordered and replaced within just a few days of my call. Carlos came to house, replaced my windshield and recalibrated my cameras all in about an hour. He was also able to remove my VT inspection sticker and keep it intact so I have it for proof of inspection when I return home (I'm visiting FL)
He was professional, polite and answered all of my questions. Thank you, Carlos!

Cris and Miguel were amazing. They even fixed the squeaky noise in my wiper arms that I couldn’t figure out. ? AMAZING ? PERFECT INSTALL ??? don’t go through an automatic?
