I wish I could give 0 stars. My total was $200 cashier was formal and chatty. My card got declined because my husband forgot to unlock it. I said let me go outside and tell him to unlock it. I hear the assistant say “I knew she didn’t have the money” I came back in to pay. The manager says leave your stuff at the other register and pay first. (That gave me weird profiling vibes) I paid my total and left. I’ll never return. They’re weird.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I stopped by to grab a few cases of water. He was grabbing the water and I asked for a restroom. The associate told me that it was not for public use, I turned toward the manager and he backed her up. I expressed that we were buying the water, and the manager told me that under no circumstances are customers allowed to use the restroom. It is a LAW in Florida that stores have public restrooms, but they apparently don’t care. 🤷🏻♀️ we put the water back, and bought it from WAWA. This place is also dirty and disorganized.

Only reason I gave this location a one star cause I had to got to store at 850 pm let a lady in and locked door saying they were closed online said open til 9pm and @ 850 pm locked door and were closed this is a zero star location I will never give this location my money to close 10minutes early I only needed one thing and would have been in and out corporate needstomonitor their stores better I’m done with review and it’s only 902pm they could have let me get what I needed!!!!

I visited this store this morning. And all I was doing was walking around the store. Looking for what I needed to buy and very nasty rude and I think racist.
Employee who was working there? Stopped me with a very nasty attitude and ask me. Do I need help? But he wasn't asking because if I needed help. He was then making sure that I wasn't stealing..I was highly offended.I've never stolen a thing in my life.I just walked out of the store I think all employees there should be fired Hopefully the manager of family dollar sees this review Just remember Mr. Cashier.Whoever you are I make thirty dollars an hour compared to your seven fifty

They are always friendly to me not that they go out of their way to help but that is more and more common and like many other places are frequently understaffed. That is today's economics.

This store is always clean and fully stocked. I love the new beachy summer stuff they have out now. And as always, great prices. ? 10/10 recommend

Found everything we needed at reasonable pricing. Notice that the aisles are very narrow. Overall decently clean place.

A rather typical Family Dollar store. A little unclean and dirty, young employees who don't know the answer to anything that you ask them, etc. The manager will greet you and she also speaks Spanish but she has a way of making you feel unwelcome. Like ask her if they sell butane, she'll tell you "no" and tell you that "there's a smokeshop up the street who definitely sells it." For smokers, it doesn't matter how obviously old you are, they will check ID every time. It's really annoying, like a frigging Walgreens or something.

The lady with the blue hair and no teeth is extremely rude. After listening to her bark at me, instead of just showing me what I was asking about, I walked right out and took my money elsewhere. Until today, I have always been treated pretty good by the staff here. Not coming back.

Just tried to go there at 8:30 when the website closes at 9:00 store personnel said no we close at 8:30 gave me an attitude and told me that I'm notI know it's hard to find people but when they're telling you you can't shop there and turning away business those are the employees you don't really want at your store

From reading the comments I guess I am not the only one who don't like shopping here. The workers there are very unprofessional and rude. It feels like you are being watched while you shop. They are very unfriendly and they love to talk about their personal lives to each other while they ignore you at the check out. Never say hello or thank you. I think they forgot customers spendings pay for their wages. This country is doomed.
