We live in a neighborhood where people snatch chains and locks off bikes. i bring a $600 scooter thats smaller than a bmx bike an can fold up, everyone for the past 7 months says its fine, but i see a new face behind the counter and hes sagging his pants and rapping infront of two of his buddies infront of the store and tells me he aint like other people and that i need to or my bike need to get up outta there. Yall litterally about to close, i just wanted to get something to eat for my kids an family. theres homeless people and people that dont think twice before taking people stuff. just thought it was crazy everyone in the store knows i come in an brings it in for a sec or a min to grab what i need and its not in the way or is it a danger to anyone nor was it gonna cause a accident but it was a issue for the saggy bottom boy thats not even working and just chilling with his friends while on clock

The cashier didn't know basic math and got frustrated and the store manager refused my service. They rude as hell I'll never go back to that miserable place.

Poor customer service to busy talking on cellphones to help me just wanted to know where eye drops was pointed in the direction no one were in her line no hello. Rung me up left my receipt attached to the machine and walked away I told her poor customer service skills I will never go to the store again Arlington

The Family Dollar on Arlington Road is a scam. $54 dollars they "refunded" to my card, NEVER came back to my card. Went there twice trying to get my money back. They NEVER returned my money. So they actually really robbed me.

Charged $1.65 for what is $1.25 3pk cup of noodles. A LOT of overpriced items in this store. Out of milk and blaming distribution shortage. I believe forgotten to order.

The cashier Nikki had a bad day and assumed my children were stealing but would not tell me who or what. Was completely rude. I will never give a single doller to this store ever again get better employees with smiles and customer service. I had enough money to buy the whole store.
