I wish I could leave a better review.Sense working with the James Jordan office, my wife and I have received numerous notices of cancelation due to some sort of issue with our home. Each time I receive the notice I contact this office, they tell me how to resolve the issue and I send proof of updates. This would be great if that was the end of it. Time and time again though, after sending the necessary documentation they asked for, some how they look over or don’t note the docs are received. Therefore, I waste time in my day sending and resending information that should be documented or on file.This office to my knowledge has a terrible track record of not keeping up with their clients information.
