Coretta was awesome. I did not tape my package because I forgot, and she did it for me. I will return to this FedEx Ship Center because of her customer service.

Been here twice. Both times the employees weren't very nice or welcoming. The first time I had to wait 5 minutes or anyone to even acknowledge me, I knocked on doors before someone yelled " I'm coming" (I could hear people talking/ joking in the back)... the second time there were 5 people ahead of me in line and 4-6 more people came in while I was waiting. They're not very efficient, or care to get things done quickly. Also, I don't understand why this building does not have A/C?

Super slow. Horrible experience stood in line for ever. Poorly staffed. The person at the kiosk didn't ask for assistance. Was rude to customers waiting.

Warning, paying for overnight shipping from fedex is a waste of money.I rarely write reviews. This particular situation warrants a negative review. I paid for an overnight delivery. The package arrived at the Jacksonville terminal on a Thursday night for Friday delivery. It is now Tuesday and the package is still at the facility in Jacksonville. I have given the local facility information, fedex non customer service department information, shipper information and I offered to meet the driver. No call or email Friday saying my overnight package will not be delivered. Currently fedex has changed their incentive process to get the over package delivered on time. Refund excuses due to Covid and the holidays. So why waste your money? You probably won't get your package overnight because they don't have a system in place to motivate timely deliveries, no refunds for being late. My overnight package has been sitting at the local terminal for 5 days. Let's see if they blame the holidays and Covid.

Horrible customer service, horrible shipping times, gives you the run around, plays with your time and money, no appreciation or consideration for any of their customers and customers with a FedEx account that uses pick up services. They need to be shutdown.
