Service was horrid. I brought back two boxes with the labels. Sara tosses me a roll of tape and says she can’t package the boxes and we should have had them taped up before we brought the boxes in. Any other place would gladly have taped the box up tossed the label in a sleeve and said have a great day with a smile. Sara’s attitude was poor and she seemed like she didn’t want to be there. There is a reason I don’t use FedEx or shop at Walgreens and Sara reinforced this decision.

Driver can't read house numbers and are constantly putting someone else's package on my step. Try to call a representative and you only get machines. Throwing someone's stuff in the garbage again.

Convenient drop at local Walgreens; however, I have tried to drop express envelope before 4 and learned Fed Ex agent had already picked up that day. Before 3 is warranted for pickup.
