I followed the link to find the nearest location to drop my packages off. It was Walgreens nearest to me, when I got there a lady was walking another associate through the process of how to log in and scan the QR code. While this associate was trying to log in she called a different associate over who immediately said they don’t scan QR codes. I mentioned that the previous associate said there was a way and showed how to do and this woman interrupted me a said their machine doesn’t have the capability to print labels. Afterwards I called another store who said they can scan QR codes. It seems like the lady who said no didn’t want to be bothered with us and it was easier for her to say they just don’t do it, than to actually assist us. This was on April 2nd at the 6103 Fort Caroline RdJacksonville, FL 32277United States location around 5:30. I feel like this is a poor representation of FedEx as well, just allowing these on-site location employees to say and treat people different.
