The campground resort and its staff is absolutely amazing. The campground is maintained very well, the pools are spotless and crystal clear. The staff is extremely friendly and very eager to assist you when needed.
Plenty of activities if you want to participate or if not there is plenty quiet that allows you to just sit, watch and relax.

Their hours of operation were grossly wrong. Arrived at 9am when they say they open. Sign on door says they do not open until 12:00 noon.

They staff were friendly and very patient with me. I asked a lot of questions and needed some things to be repeated multiple times. Each time, they were patient and willingly walked me through the process.

They put my dying grandfathers medicine on the wrong truck and delayed it 2 days. Answered my phone call from over seas with someone who barely spoke english. Paid them expedited shipping.

The lady at the desk was helpful in providing me with I needed for another location. They couldn’t scan my label so I wanted to pay on own but the clerk suggested to go a site that can scan because you will pay 3 x the amount.

I was left a door tag with no information on it, made 10+ attempts to try to get through the automated telephone response system to a live representative, which was impossible and therefore never resolved the fact that I have not received the package and don’t know how to get in touch with anyone at FedEx and will never ever use them again

I’m a repeated customer and I have to say this is the best location that I’ve been to yet. All the ladies that work at the front counter are nice, especially the two ladies that work in the evening but Ashley has the best customer service there in my opinion! She’s very welcoming, always smiling, absolutely respectful, answers all my questions or concerns, makes friendly conversation. Wish I could get this kind of customer service every where I go!

Carey ,Diane Ed and the entire FedEx crew are amazing. I've known them for almost 18 years . They are genuine thru and thru. Best customer service. Best shipping service. FEDEX IS MY GO TO FOR ALL MY SHIPPING NEEDS. AND this location is the best! Hands down.

I have been shipping my items from this particular center for the last 8 years and never had any issues. In addition, the customer service agents are very pleasant and very informative.
