One star is too many. I assume this location manages deliveries to the Baldwin and Bryceville areas. Despite having delivery instructions to have all packages delivered to our front door, the driver or drivers still will only drop packages off at the street. We live in a rural area on several acres and there is no shelter from the elements by the street. We've lost a delivery to an animal that destroyed destroyed the package and then two others were drenched in rain storms. Trying to get someone in customer service is a nightmare. If one of their me u options doesn't fit your situation, the system will just hang up on you rather than send you to an operator. You basically have to select any random option and then have the person you answers transfer you to the right department.

I believe this is the FedEx operational warehouse that services downtown Jax. I have not once received a package from them on time. Wine shipped from Sonoma spent five days on a hot truck. A desk from the Midwest spent days in the truck getting thrown around and arrived damaged. A book order for a class I’m teaching was coming from the publishers in 3 days and arrived 9 days later. The book was destroyed. A book I just ordered last week for a gift was supposed to arrive today and the delayed messages have begun. No explanation for the delay- because there isn’t one. Just it is on the truck and will arrive tomorrow by the close of business. I will then get a message tomorrow that due to operational issues it will arrive the next business day. And on and on and on. It is despicable and I’M PAYING! There is no one to talk to but some foreign person who incessantly apologizes and promises the item will arrive the next day and it doesn’t. There is zero options to resolve a problem with this horribly run location. Fire the management please!

I would leave zero stars if I could!! I assume my delivery driver was from this facility. I would never willing use FedEx, however this is how my Amazon order was being delivered. All day today, the updates said my order was to be delivered between 10-12. That time came and went, and we watched on the delivery map tracker that the driver came and left our area. Around 3:30, we saw the tracker say the truck was back on our street. As I went to my door to look, I looked through the peephole and saw the FedEx truck was outside my house and then driving away. No item was delivered. I have a ring doorbell camera and security camera out by the garage - this individual NEVER left his vehicle. He simply came to my location, probably so he could register that he was here, and then my shipping updated to say delivery is now tomorrow as the “the recipient wasn’t available” with a picture of a “sorry with missed you” door tag that was NOT left anywhere at my home. I was home, very much available, with no requirement for signature on this delivery, and this person never left the vehicle to deliver the item. I’m guessing it’s a big/heavy item and they didn’t feel like delivering it today. Absolutely unacceptable customer service behavior. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a major delivery messed up by FedEx. They are truly the worst! Who knows when I’ll get this item now, depends on if they person feels like doing their job.

Driver on route for baymeadows and Phillips delivered 2of 2 packages. 1of 2 packages they did their job put it in the package locker. The second package the driver chose to deliver my box outside my pool area. Since they chose to leave my package not in the locker or at my door but nope right outside by the locker seemed secure. The contractor denied my claim for their drivers negligence. 2300 dollars worth of stuff was stolen because a poor driver on the 6 or 8 belt DID NOT DELIVER MY PACKAGE TO A SECURED AREA. Count your days waterworks.

Once again a package was said to be delivered and the driver forged my signature (horribly). You call customer service to get a machine that is no help. Why is this a persistent issue? Is delivering packages a part time gig for the local drivers. Disgusting business practices. I’m sure it was stolen since the item is a good one and over 2k

Good lord, how incompetent can two companies be.
I ordered a bedframe and headboard for our son from Nectar Sleep. Carefully entered his address for delivery and the used their Apple Pay option. Days later, the items showed up at my house in Florida instead of North Carolina where he lives.
I called Nectar Sleep and was told ‘No Problem, we will have FedEx pick them up and routed to the correct destination’. Yet more days later, the headboard was picked up and delivered to our son sucessfully. Another day or so later, the bedframe was picked up. I followed the tracking of the bedframe and called my son to confirm receipt after FedEx said it was delivered. Unfortunately, what he received was a small box of Kotex. I filed a missing package claim with FedEx (tried to get to a live agent, but the AI filter refused me passage). FedEx ‘investigated’ and closed the claim saying the package had been delivered successfully.
Was told that if I still had a problem after two more days, I should contact the vendor and have them get involved. I then contacted Nectar Sleep customer service. Now approximately 18 days since purchase and still no headboard. Last communication from Nectar Sleep was that ‘Oh, but FedEx confirmed they delivered your package’. Right in the email I sent them, it clearly stated that Kotex and not a bedframe was delivered.
Does anyone have advice as to what my next step should be? Other than posting on every review site my opinion of Nectar Sleep and FedEx customer service?

A package due to be delivered, signature required, never came but shows delivered with a forged signature on it and FedEx is not taking any responsibility for it. It is costing me $1200.

This is so disheartening to see all of these review. I just order my daughter a laptop for Christmas. Got an email saying delivered but I don't have it.
Customer service rep is saying they will send a message to the local warehouse here. Meanwhile, based on the comments here..looks like I will have to cough up another few hundred dollars and go to a store purchase this computer so that she can have it by Christmas.
And continue the fight with fedex for reimbursement for the one that is more than likely stolen!
I'm filing a police report if fedex doesn't find my stuff or I'm going up to the facility on water works way in Jacksonville FL,! My poor baby's Christmas gift! We don't have money to waste. It was a sacrifice to get this for her.

One star is even too many stars!! TWICE in a week my package was misdelivered!! I even spoke to a supervisor who told me that his employees slapped some bogus label on my package and delivered it to some random location that was on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ROUTE!! He assured me this would be addressed until the same thing happened AGAIN today!! Misdelivered to the SAME HOUSE even though he knew our address was an apartment!! Now I can't get a human at the location and FedEx corporate is useless.
