I went to the location on Forsyth today and I was assisted by Bob. He was very professional and courteous, even though my order was complicated. I would recommend this location based on my positive interaction with Bob.

Great location with decent staff if you need to scan something or Xerox something you can do it directly to a flash drive at this location using their scanner. I did about a 2‘ x 2‘ RP side made fed it through the little machine they gave me a flash drive, and I was on my way. Sincerely appreciate it.

This is used to be my go to spot and I stopped after one bad interaction, and immediately got an email from the manager inviting me back. I had almost forgotten about it until I needed a small job done and went in today. I instantly remembered why I used to love this spot and why it’s going to be my choice of places once again. Shout out to Jason, Sharranda, and Ashra! You all seriously made it quick and easy to get what I needed taken care of.Bryson, good call on inviting me back!

Best FedEx i've ever been to. I didn't get their names but who ever was working today was super helpful. Both the guy and the girl were amazing and helped me with my passport renewal. 5 Stars would recommend

Save yourself the trouble and go to UPS. This place hassles you about your packaging and then doesn’t deliver on time. Fedex uses shipping contractors aka private companies locally vs ups with actual w-2 employees.

Awful experience with Ashra on July 12 2024. I brought in a heavy kitchen appliance and a large book and asked for them to be put in a double-wall box and packaged at my expense, then ground-shipped. Ashra at first assumed (or pretended to assume) that the two things were headed for different addresses and tried to sell me two boxes. Then he misspelled the name of the recipient and typed in a wrong street address that would have induced preventable shipping delays. (I made him do the shipping info over). He did not ask me about insurance, falsely assuming that the value was $100 (I insisted on and got insurance at $400 when he redid everything). He had to cancel a charge, reversing a credit-card charge, and impose a second charge, to correct the name/address/insurance. He lied when he said all FedEx-supplied boxes are double-walled (they aren't). When he was at last finished, he took the shipping papers and the kitchen device to a counter in the back, apparently intending to wrap the device and send it--and left the book at the front counter and went and started with something else, apparently forgetting completely about the book so that it might have been lost forever. I called him out on it. Throughout the entire encounter, his gaze was in irrelevant directions, suggesting militant inattention (and he made enough mistakes to prove inattention; see above). I called Fedex Customer Relations and filed Complaint C-155618123. A week later, I called to determine the status of the complaint and was advised to call the storefront itself. I did, and Ashra answered the telephone (as in he wasn't fired). I have had good experiences with other staff members at that location, but until I have a response here from Fedex or other hard evidence of personnel improvement I advise avoiding this establishment. (P.S. The device and the book were in fact received in good order.)

If there was a zero I would give that before I came to the store I called and asked for the email to send the paperwork I need printed 5 minutes later I walk inside of the FedEx everyone busy doing nothing so I asked how do I print what I sent they told me to go over to the printers and type in the code after I typed it 5 times one of the employees walks over tries the code twice didn't work then told me to email it to a email address 3 times never went through then he says let me try the code behind the counter I have now been inside the office 30+ oh now the code works and he wanted me to pay Because the self service doesn't work I was then told it was fault that the self service didn't work because of me and the employees that couldn't get it to work either the manager was the must un customer oriented person I met in my life didn't apologize for me having to spend a hour in the store because no one in the store could get my code or the email then states 50$ very close to 50 I was offered a apologize I was blamed and he told me they would make sure they shred it ?

I’ve had Issues with FedEx before but this recent one really takes the cake. I placed an order with a seller on 10/18 for an overnight order. Remembering my past deliveries with FedEx, I factored in the fact that my package would probably arrive on the 10/19 which would factor into my schedule perfectly. I’m writing this on 10/21 and now the shipping information is saying it’s due on 10/23. Not only is it incredibly aggravating that I paid over $50 for overnight shipping when my package is now taking closer to a week, but my package also contains A LIVE ANIMAL. So now I’m worried sick if the poor little thing is safe or not. Take my advice: Either find some other shipping company to use or pray to whatever pantheon you believe in before you ship anything with FedEx. Seriously a terrible company.
