A HUGE thank you to Kevin for going the extra steps to solve our issue with a shipment for pick-up. It's great to see professionalism and solid customer service in a time when it's becoming rare.

Customer service was perfect from arranging for a pick up to picking up the merchandise. The only con to me is the insufficient visitor parking space especially if you are bringing in a trailer.

Slot of trailers bit not many trucks .But FedEx gets the job done.
