I need your explanation on your courier.
The tracking numbers: 883030446806 and 882990078860. The driver name Patrolia, Female.
She dropped some other packages for other customers at our location, but these two were not! She didn't even left the truck this time to put the sticker on the door. It is on the video from CCTV cameras
The delivery 882990078860 consists of 5 boxes in total. 3 boxes out of 5 were delivered on Friday 07.25.2025 with the scandal from her side, 2 more she didn't drop and just left with them in her van. She brought them again today 07.28.2025 but didn't drop again!
The package 883030446806 is a pallet, it had a vertical position. It was clearly visible on the video. She scanned that and add the message about wrong delivery address, please see attached screenshot.
Could you please explain, why my pallet has vertcal position, why it was not dropped, why she did not call to get
the signature for both deliveries and why she made the scandal with my collegue on Friday 07.25.2025 and why did not drop 2 more boxes from 882990078860?
By The way, 882990078860 had to be delivered on 07.24.2025. 3 out of 5 were already delivered with 1 day delay on 07.25.2025. Today is 07.28.2025, - 2 more still not delivered!
I paid Fedex International Priority Express for 883030446806, it had to be delivered today! Today 07.28.2025 latest, not tomorrow!
882990078860 is FedEx International Priority with delivery on 07.24.2025. Today is 07.28.2025 it still not delivered!
Why?
Contact me here with confirmation, that Patrolia is not coming here anymore, I do not want her delivering my packages at all.
She has very wrong approach to her JOB!
By the red arrow I indicated the roster for all tenants inside our building. It is very easy to give a call. Each and every package has a company name and it matches with company name at the roster.
Why FeDex is not training their employees?

Totally agree—Patrolia does not care about doing her job properly. I had a nearly identical experience. She was standing right on the dock when I politely approached and asked, “Hello, do you have anything for us? Do you need me to sign anything?” She didn’t say a single word—just shook her head to say “no.”
So I left, assuming there was nothing for me. Not even a minute later, I get a notification saying the driver couldn’t locate the recipient. Seriously? I was right there, speaking to her!
If you see that Patrolia is the one delivering your package, brace yourself—because you’re about to go through all 9 circles of hell just to get what’s rightfully yours. This isn’t just unprofessional; it’s outright negligent.

Unfortunately, my experience with FedEx has been very frustrating due to repeated issues with one of their drivers, Patrolia. Every time she’s on the route, there’s a problem. On the most recent occasion, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of delivering the package like usual, she told me I had to “wait on the dock all day” if I wanted to receive anything. She even went so far as to say, “Be ready not to get your packages if you’re not there for me.” That’s completely unacceptable.
She used inappropriate and aggressive language and made it very clear that if I wasn’t going to wait around for her convenience, she simply wouldn't deliver the items. It honestly felt like my packages were being held hostage based on her mood that day. Delivery is not supposed to be conditional based on how your driver feels.

Fedex a nightmare both locations commonwealth and Salosbury rd!!! Driver marked package incorrect address because unit # was missing. But fedex has name, address, and unit number in their database from previous deliveries. Now package is at 1 of 4 places but can't indicate where. Staff Incompetent, untrained, bad English, inability to communicate. Do better FEDEX!!!

Consistently have issues with FEDEX throwing packages over fence instead of leaving by door as requested through drop off notes and a posted sign. Due to their negligence multiple packages have been ruined.

I am an elderly 84 year old. I order online because I don't go out much. I ordered a piece of sm furniture recently from Amazon. It was delivered Saturday. Instead of delivering it up to my house they delivered it by the road which is at least 400 to and from my house. Because I am elderly this caused me a real problem how I was going to getting it to my house. We have a very long driveway. Please take this in consideration when your delivering items to homes where an elderly person might live. I don't want to put my address here because I live alone. I live on Nolan Road that's all I can say. I get a lot of deliveries. There is no reason to ever leave someone's items down the road. I hope in the future you will take this up with your drivers
