The driver falsely put he “attempted to deliver” and stole my package. I ordered a laptop for Christmas and had my partner home waiting for the FedEx truck. She called me when it arrived and she was waiting for him to come up to sign for it. I got an email stating “delivery attempted” when he never came up. No knock, no door tag, no show. We have a doorbell cam aswell. I told her to go down to the truck to see what’s up but it was already pulling off.So after work I go by the ship center after 5pm to pick my package up, and the clerk pointed when he put it on the scale that it was lighter than what it can it as ( came in at 7kg, he weighed it at 4kg). So I open up the box there and this driver took the laptop and left me the charger.I asked to speak to a manager or someone but the clerk told me that the manager said the best thing I can do is to file a claim. So I did, and they said they will get back to me with any updates. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve yet to revive any updates. I’ve called FedEx multiple times about the claim and they keep telling me the Manager over the drivers is suppose to get in contact with me but it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve gotten nothing.Reading some other reviews on this FedEx Ship Center on Salisbury Rd, you guys have a problem with drivers falsely putting attempted to deliver, then the customers package magically disappears. You guys have some investigating to do with your drivers.

The woman did not insure my package for 200 dollars, she said she did . When I went home the receipt was for only 100 dollars insurance. Couldnot get any help from the 800 number, would not give me a person. There is no local phone for this location.

My credit card company expedited a replacement card when I lost mine that was on October 23. It is November 1 and every day I get a text saying my delivery is on the way by noon. Of course the driver doesn’t bother stopping I wouldn’t be surprised if the drivers actually steal envelopes. Since USAA only sends expedited credit card replacement by FedEx, they told me I had to call them. I made eight calls one every day. You have to talk to people in a foreign call center who can’t do anything don’t know anything tell you that your package is on the way How many ways can I say I hate this company. I get deliveries from Amazon, USPS and UPS. No problem. Any company wanting good relations with their client should not use FedEx. Let me add that my package didn’t need a signature and I also am not allowed to pick it up at the distribution center because USAA does not allow that. Ready to trash my credit card company and FedEx.

5 attempts no door sticker and waiting for 6 hours for a package and around 730 calling customer service and fiend out my package was not on the truck. System online says its on the way was never updated. Worse experience with Fedex.

I had a package that needed to be signed for, from my work. I purposely made sure I was working out of home for this delivery. The driver lied about coming to my door because I didn't get a knock or anything, not even a note. So another day goes by and what do you know the same thing happens, so I'm on the phone with customer service and they say they will get in contact with the driver to make sure they know exactly where to go, so they can come back that day. It's the end of the day and guess what....no package. So I call customer service AGAIN! They say my package is back at the FedEx building, so I gave up and picked it up myself. All I can say is from now on I'll make my work send me packages with a different company, I have no desire to work with lazy people, when I was relying on getting this package on time.

I had to go to the shipping center because the FedEx delivery truck did not deliver an overnight package to my door! It was refrigerated medication which was urgent. When I called, they lied about the fact that there was no one home because 2 of us were home all day with a dog who barks. They also said there was a tag left on the door but there was nothing. When I got to the shipping center, they had re-labelled the package to make it look like they had only received it that night for delivery the next day and they altered the app to make it look like the original tracking number was cancelled by the sender and they gave it a new tracking number. Thankfully, I had taken photos of everything on the app site before they made the changes so I could report it to the pharmacy who sent the very expensive medication. I don't trust FedEx to get a package to my house even when it was assigned as "recipient to sign for package" as overnight shipping. Not posting the photos here to protect my privacy.

The drivers of FedEx are the worst and it's impossible to complain because no humans communicate with their customers. Today, the driver left medication in the sun on my walkway, a mere 3 feet from the shade in the doorway. The drivers have broken my yard signs, gone into my garage, driven through my yard, it's a joke. The worst company ever.

Today April 3 . I had a FedEx driver wanted to argue with me about my address. I told him that the address is across the street. Then I asked him if he had an other chew box. He stated yes he had several. That he hated delivering chewy boxes to people. He goes into the truck you can hear him throw boxes against the wall of the truck cones out with my box and drops it at my feet. I told him that the box was supposed to been delivered Friday. Made me look bad! I shipped 4 Rims in separate boxes on the same day,but yet they arrived at their destination on different days. Making the buyer believe they got scammed. They were part of a set! How does this happen. The guy could not guarantee they'd be handled with care/Fragile. Like put a sticker on it or something, or write it. Also, Tried to give me the address down the way because didn't want to scan my QR Code. Then it scanned. LAZY & Rude. They act like they get paid 10$/hr. I know it's at least double that. Earn your money and give good customer service. Maybe UPS will be better next time.

Horrible service! I’ve been waiting on my furniture to be delivered from 3/15/23 -3/17/23. I received a text message at 5:15am on 3/17/23 stating that my package was out for delivery; at 6pm I received another text stating that the delivery driver attempted to deliver my furniture at 4:56 pm but the business was closed. This is my home address! Not a business address! If there was an attempt why didn’t the driver leave the package at my door since no signature was required?! All information reported was fraudulent. I just moved here and I have to leave town tomorrow to go get my vehicle to have before I start work. I will be unavailable to receive the delivery outside of the timeframe I scheduled to comply with their delivery standards! The phone service team were extremely unhelpful and rude. Stating that it’s not the drivers fault they can choose to not leave a package upon their discretion and discernment. Offering me the solution to schedule a vacation hold which is no solution a all! I wish I could do more than leave this review here.

Most of the ship centers are courteous personnel and expedient service. Always have to get a receipt when I visit one of these centers due to chain of custody procedures.
