They simply delivered my order somewhere else, according to the proof photo. My zip code on shein's website for delivery is 32257. They delivered to some house in the zip code 32206. I contacted and they don't tell me where it was delivered. How do I look? I paid for the order. Shein says it is not responsible, that FedEx has to say where it is. I went to the agency and they didn't solve it, they told me to call. I call and they say they can't give me the address.

Went there to purchase copies of plans 116. 00. Plus 35.00 addition to get it print asap. Went ups store down the street and the exact same printing was 48.00. Wow. Done quickly nc.

Was inline and watched a customer tell Thomas he has several boxes with different accounts to ship. Thomas rolls his eyes tells the guy go to the other counter and mutters under his breath the whole way over.
Very unprofessional.

They over charged me on a copy machine. Am supposed to pay $1.98 for few copies and they charged on my card $25 dollars. Second the little short girl that wanst to be a boy, with glasses is very rude and no professional at all.

Alyssa and Kelly came to my rescue today to find a package that had gone missing. It was not an easy item to research as I did not have my receipt or the correct tracking code, but they persisted, reviewing an online list of packages, line by line, that were dropped off at their location over a week ago. Their persistence paid off and I am so grateful for their help! Thank you both!

Awful simply asked for help Printing A gift certificate. The store and the customer service is absolutely Awful I would never come here. I paid five dollars for a crooked gift certificate With printer ink smeared on it. Do yourself a favor and go to Staples

I was not satisfied, not because of the service of the workers, they are kind specialists with quick answers and solutions. On February 19th I made a shipment to Miami and paid for the fastest service and they told me that the next day, Friday the 20th, the package would arrive at the place around 10am. Should the client pay the more expensive service so that the package would arrive as soon as possible, because now the delivery is another day, should I pay a high fee for it to arrive as soon as possible? I think they should be more careful with the day and time of delivery, in the end I paid for the fast shipping for fun.

I want to commend the staff at this store..the associate who helped me (Thomas) went above and beyond helping this old lady print, box, and ship a package that was very important to me. While I waited, I observed the other associates giving the same friendly and patient attention to other customers. Don't listen to the negative reviews! I almost didn't go to this store because of them and that would have been a HUGE mistake! Thank you, FedEx !!

I very rarely write reviews. We received such great service by both Alyssa and Lilith! After being turned away by 4 other businesses, we happened upon the Fedex (Ponte Vedra location) to have a funeral program printed. Understandably, this is not a pleasant experience. Ahjanae, the employee there, really went above and beyond. She coordinated with Alyssa and Lillith at the San Jose location. Alyssa and Lillith even kept the store open a bit late to make sure we could get the programs. Excellent service!!! Both Alyssa and Lillith deserve a raise! :-)
