Store manager helped me get in contact with a human from FedEx because their automated phone system only hangs up on me repeatedly and my package keeps not getting delivered by the driver. The manager was really nice even though I was very aggravated from dealing with bad delivery people literally all week.

The kind associate by the name of Tim helped me with my transaction to return my smartphone. It was fast, smooth, effortless and he took care of everything without problem! Our friend Tim did a great job with his customer service, and I hope he continues being the best man in business!

Steven gave me the best service I have ever had anywhere I have been. He is very hard working. He had to juggle my issues as well as multiple others issues at one time. He is very kind & passionate about what he does. GIVE HIM A RAISE, HE DESERVES IT. Steven made my stressful time a great time with his energy and his passion for helping others. Chy and Justin were amazing. So professional and patient. Justin was a multitasking master and served at least 8 other people while I was there. They were so proud of the wonderful job they did when we came to pick up our order. So cute. They were honest and upfront about potential issues with my request and ended up giving me way more than I expected. Very sweet and helpful.

noone ever answers the phone and they're partnered with rush my passport who is a scam! they took my money and noone is answering the phone to help complete my order but they took the money out of mt account and won't answer to get me a refund either. i left multiple messages for callbacks on their voicemail system too and nothing! how is this legal?!!

This place is a rip off. Charged me two different service fees to print the same image twice on a page, then tried to charge another 15 to cut it in half. Almost charged me 45 dollars to print 10 sheets of paper. Will not be returning.

My first experience at this location was a great one! Especially Albert, the assistant manager, who was prompt in greeting me and quick in processing my transaction which was well and expertly printed.
I would've preferred not to travel a half hour from home but there are few full service print locations nearby. However, the friendly attitude and quick service Made the process much more palatable and I would use them again without hesitation

I print at fedex locations across the south (mostly GA) using a corporate code regularly for work. Until today, I've never had an issue using the corporate code with print and go service stations. Usually the employee will recognize that the expense will go beyond the $25 voucher and use their employee code to allow for the corporate discount to process. Today, at this location, the male associate manager, according to his badge, said this is not possible. Either he is untrained or unhelpful. No matter what, I will never return and I will not recommend this location.
