Ive been visiting this shop for about 5 years now for various reasons. In the most recent years have used them for most of my small biz needs. EVERYTIME I come in im greeted by helpful employees. Tonight I came in pretty close to closing expecting a quick trip. Things became a bit more complicated and Justin went out of his way to help as always.

All of the workers were very nice and helpful. I was struggling to figure out how to print my last document near closing and all the team members helped me. I had a very nice printing experience ?

Unprofessional service !! I walked in made eye contact with all THREE employees while they continued to talk to one another, not once acknowledging I was present. I was the only person in the store at the time and once I seen they were going to continue to talk without assisting me I spoke out loudly “GOOD MORNING “ how are we all doing ! Then I was treated as if I interrupted them. You are working stay focused and pay attention to the customer.

Made a big deal about a battery sticker and wanted to charge me a "Repacking fee" to just take off the sticker. Had to walk outside to remove the sticker and walk back in....Definitely don't recommend using this office.

I have been coming here for a couple of months now, and to be quite fair I preferred FedEx Kinkos over, Office Depot. Until after today…. I have place multiple orders here using the online order with the 4x4 format. And there has never been any issues at ALL. Until today, I placed an order online same thing, I usually get in the 4x4 format and it wasn’t 4x4. It came out on one sheet of paper. The guy went over my order with me and said it could have been a mistake on my end. And I asked him nicely if we could have it reprinted and I was even offering to pay for it! He reprints it and it still wasn’t what I wanted. But this is what got me. He tried to charge me $17 for 7 pieces of colored copy paper with a 4x4 format. He stated that since I sent this file over to the store it would be “al carte” and that explains the price increase! I refused the order and walked out! (It still wasn’t what I wanted) I felt taken advantage of at that rate. I went home checked online for my order and I ordered the 4x4 format on my end. I proceeded to call the store and they were very rude to me on the phone. Don’t come here if you want something printed they will take advantage of you!

Staff is very unprofessional and patronizing. They suggest dropping off packages when it's convenient for them. Also complaining that they have to do more work when a receipt is required. The apparent and blatantly laziness was very telling of the culture and individuals that have to unfortunately work there.

I had a lot of packages, and had multiple FedEx locations in Jacksonville tell me they couldn't ship that many, and each location sent me to a new one that claimed they couldn't. It wasn't until I was sent here, that someone decided to actually help me. One of the employees (shaved head, beard, didn't catch his name) was very helpful and patient with us with our shipments, but all the staff there were really friendly!

I called in an order at this location and was assured that my order would be ready in a couple of hours. An associate of mine went to pick it up 4 hrs later. When she arrived they had no record of it. This happened on two separate occasions within two weeks. She called me from the location to let me know. I ask to speak to the associate, Jacob, and I verified the details of the order and I let him know that this happened once already the previous week. He did not respond and then preceded to hand back the phone to my associate. I was shocked that he didn't respond. I told my associate to ask for the manager. He was out to lunch. Not long after, the manager, Carlos, called me and I explained the situation. Meanwhile my associate is waiting there while we get this resolved. We had a deadline that day. He assured me that they would do their best to get the order done by the time we requested. As soon as we hung up, he told my associate that they would NOT be able to get our order done. As soon as we hung up! He did not have to nerve to tell me over the phone. More associates in the store began to mock my associate. This was absurd! She left and found Staples at the beach. Staples fulfilled our order without any drama and we made our deadline, barely. I will never use Kinkos again. I would rather drive all the way to the beach to get what we need. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I have had with a business of this stature. This unprofessionalism flowed from the manager to the employees under him. Beware!

Lady helping me was slow at service. Had to wait for a while for her to print label for me, which was done 5 times quicker at other FedEx stores in the past. Interesting thing is there was no other customer besides me in the store at that point!Spent time with my little one while she got the label printed after >20 mins.

Great service. Full service location with open hours across the week. Ideal location with ample parking. Careful when exiting onto Baymeadows.
