Our brand new 2024 XT6 was a problem from the start. The paint on the hood was oxidized. The car broke down twice, the second time an hour after getting it back, even the brand new 2024 XT6 loaner broke down. Now the brand new XT5 loaner is showing signs of breaking down. Three cars same issue. It’s been weeks and still no new car.

Technician wasn't clear about how he came to the conclusion that there was nothing wrong with my radio because he compared it with others. The problem is static in MY radio not some comparison. It's obvious I will have take somewhere else for a real diagnosis. The static is real and irritating. He didn't seem to care.

Got a Jeep from here last year around May. Radio didn’t work and the lights on the inside didn’t work but I was fine with that because I would get it fixed. A couple weeks later the engine light came on, autozone couldn’t figure out the code so I took it to these guys and they told me they dont really work on jeeps so they wrote down the codes and I should try the one in my city. I contacted a mechanic that worked in my old car and he told me that I needed new spark plugs so that costed me about $600. A month later the engine light comes on again! And I’m like this really annoys me because I just got the car there’s no way the light she be coming on. Couldn’t figure out why. I would smell smoke here and there every time the light came on because it would stay on for a couple days and then cut off. The mechanic tells me I would need a whole new engine if I keep driving the car. So I basically got sold a lemon that I have to still pay on even tho i can’t even drive it.
