Today, I called to see if they were accepting clothes. The person said, yes with a limit of 25 pieces. It was a 60/40 and if it doesn't sell, they get to keep the item(s). I took 25 items over, mostly dresses. When I arrived, I was advised they were not accepting dresses at this time. Could the person I spoke with, before I came over, tell me they were not accepting dresses? That was the major of my 25 items. I'm not sure how many pieces they kept, they placed my paperwork with a clothes pin to the clothes. There was a young sales girl working there who was wearing a orange mid-drift sweater without a bra. She looked terrible and unprofessional. Not impressed. Maybe I'll visit one of the other locations to see if they are all the same. :(

Waste of time. Fifi's resale is something but its not fine. Decided to pop in here the other day and was slapped in the face with the smell of strawberry air freshener from a rest stop. Ok so I can overlook that.. Moving into browsing I take a look at a bag and in looking for the price I see old crusty food that had spilled on it. Soup of something liquid that had dried to a crust now. I find the price and almost started laughing! On to shoes and I'm not seeing my size but browsing over them I notice they are dusty and dirty. Like how it looks when they are left outside or in an attic. I'm thinking at least wash it over with a rag. Then I see the price...$250. I understand second hand consignment and designer prices but really? I was so disappointed. If they're trying to sell at those prices AT MINIMUM clean up what's put out to sell. There was no way I'd even buy products in that condition at a thrift store. After wasting my time I left and went to a thrift store. My bubble was popped. I did however find a really nice clean thrift store and you know what it didn't smell like a truck stop.UPDATE: Under this post you'll see I recieved a response. The smell upon walk in was actually VERIFIED and I was corrected on the scent! ? I'll see if I can snap some pictures to show the rest of the issues I've written about. From the response the store is unaware of these other issues.(hopefully) It seems upon bringing it to light I've been deemed a liar instead of the problem being taken into consideration. The rest of the negative reviews on here have envoked the same negative immature bashing. Just clean up your stuff o my gosh! If you want to sell it make it look nice! Most of the complaints are about items not selling and this is most likely the reason. Be mature, address it, and fix it. Make more money and everyone is happy.

Went into fifis and to say the customer service is lacking is an understatement. It smelt of stale clothing and the women there were on their high horse speaking on the phone about how they have over 1000 customers- the items themselves were is so so condition and you’d get a better deal at plutos, threadup ect.Don’t consign here they donate clothes with out letting the consigned know as well.

They donated a 500$ gown when I wanted to pick up in July. Women I spoke to said wait till after homecoming season, and I did and called 10/24/203 and they said they had donated it last month. After I had called requesting to find out more information in July there should’ve been a note to call prior to donating my gown. Especially since I called specifically about it.

I love this store to buy & consign. It’s the perfect place to bring items that are not needed after a wardrobe clear or inventory from a small biz! I read a few complaints that they donate leftover items to a thrift store but I think it’s a very sustainable kind and ethnical way to manage all of the fashion turn out and it’s the best way to keep it out of landfills. The store has an amazing selection of high end, designer and luxury items mixed with mid range like anthro and H&M and other trending brands. It’s mixed vintage and modern without feeling thrift store like or cluttered at all. They keep it curated and because of that it’s not overwhelming or messy. AND as a consigner I loved the payout. I dropped off two times and made over 100$ with no work. They kept a record for me to see what I earned on the check and I will def consign all my second hand items with them! Xoxo
