Be careful and aware of the HUGE fees Fifth Third Bank charges to use their debit card internationally. I was very upset since my other bank charges no fees to do the same. "D" at my local branch helped as much as her management title would allow to waive a small amount of the fees. She opened a dispute for me, with a case number. They never called me. When I called to inquire about my case, they had no case!As I tried to pursue higher management, I quickly found out that you CANNOT talk to a real person who can do anything because it is not their job! They won't even give you a number or person to call. And I challenge anybody who does not have a 53 account to get through to a person on any of the 6 800#s I called. Ain't happening.How does this bank maintain any customers??? Poorest customer service I have ever seen. When I moved my money from 53 to another bank, the agent told me I was the 3rd person that day who had left 53 to go to their bank.My new slogan for them is "Where Banking is 53 Bitter". (not better).

I walked in to get a tax document todayLady was rude! I politely asked her if it would be a long process to close my accountShe said no and had me out of there in less than 15 minutes. Not once did she ask if I wanted to invest the cash into a CD or if she could keep my business. I Hope someone from corporate looks into how much cash was in the account I closed. I’ve never had this experience with any other banking center except fifth third.

I love my fifth third bank. They are always willing to help me whenever I come by. My personal banker Sashani helps me with my budgeting! I am a happy customer

Customer service is terrible. The banker Sashani was very rude to me and was inappropriate. the manager & white female teller were on their cell phones talking loudly and watching videos while I was waiting to be helped.
