I cannot recommend his company enough, especially on account of the gentleman Glen the I spoke with today. There was never a hint of condescension or judgment and I am confident that of all the agencies out there, MG is one of, in not THE best companies out there doing this work.

I sure hope that if I ever have another debt to pay, or if my own practice takes off and I need their help from the other side that I will be able to work with Glen and MG again. Companies like Verizon and Amazon that brag about their customer service ought to hire Glen, or at least take some darn notes on how to treat people with respect and make the process of resolving issues smoothly and efficiently.
