If I could give a zero stars I would. No customer service whatsoever. I’d be happy to help myself if the product was actually on the floor BUT you depend on the staff to get the sizes you need. I had to beg them to do so. When I let my son try on the display shoe (since no one would help us), the associate saw me from across the room and said “make sure you put that back”. Really? I just ordered the shoes directly from New Balance from the inside of the store. Not that they care

3 kids standing around talking, no greetings, we had to ask them to help us ,they were like bothered because we asked them for help. terrible customer service.

Came here December 2023, had a pair of Miami dunks at checkout amongst others, they didn’t check me out with the Miami dunks, only the others. They were very talkative at checkout and seemed to forget to add them.
I called when I got to my truck to inform them to hold them because they forgot to add them to my bag. They said they had just sold online and that they were the last pair in my size. After consideration, this seemed sketch to me.

I’ve never in my life had such terrible service. I received a pair of shoes that in my opinion was either tampered with or improperly made, so I processed an exchange at this location. Upon processing my exchange, the representative took down my address and had me verified if the address was correct. He never gave me a receipt of the new order that was placed even though I asked for the receipts to be printed and emailed to me.They gave me a receipt of the return by the way it was not legible. The ink must’ve had ran out or something, but I couldn’t make out half of The receipt. Long story short I never got a confirmation of my order being placed because it never was. They took my shoes Never gave me my money back and never ordered a new pair. I then came the next day for them to tell me that so if I wouldn’t have stayed on top of that, they would’ve took my money and I would’ve gotten nothing. It yea since you were on it we can fix it. The manager Anthony acted like he was doing me a favor by overnighting me a pair of new shoes only to overnight me the same shoes that I returned due to them being tampered with or improperly. I would give this for a zero if I could. They’re Charming looking but Very deceptive. I honestly feel like they try to rob me up my shoes just to act like they were doing me a favor by overnighting me the same shoes I didn’t want. I would give the store a -0 if I could, and honestly don’t think I want to do business with finish line again. The whole staff needs to be fired for this.

Service was great! Came in looking for a good pair of running shoes and Dale gave me a quick rundown of his recommendations. He was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Was in there maybe 5 minutes and walked out with a comfy pair of new running shoes!

Staffs really rude and unprofessional, went into the store after the website said they had my size on store , girl said she didn’t have it so I asked for the next size down and after 15 min tells me it’s on hold for someone at the avenues mall … then laughs when I started to walk away
