Jermaine’s customer service went above and beyond. He was showing off the product that cleans shoes, and voluntarily cleaned both of my shoes perfectly. He helped us with all of the things we needed, and although we are visiting out of town, we will happily come back to this store when making shoe purchases next time we are in the area!

KEY was the young man who helped us this past Wednesday. It was almost closing time, but he didn't rush us and made sure all of our needs were met!! He definitely deserves a raise for Grade A customer service!!

My husband and I came into your store on last Thursday. There was a young lady at the register that didn't help whatsoever. We asked for help, she looked at us and walked into a door on the left side of the store. We returned today thinking maybe, just maybe we may get a different level of customer service because my husband really wanted a pair of shoes from your store that he hasn't been able to find at another store.. Nope! Same store, different associates, but the same bad customer service. There were two gentlemen in the store that different help at all. We won't be returning to your store.

Whoever the asian girl is that works there right now needs to be fired cause she doesn’t help one bit, all she does is talk to friends and eat her food around the store. The tall guy literally does everything. Make some changes.

Amazing manager, that I sadly forgot the name of! I think he's a new manager. He went out of his way to make sure my online order got to my hands even though there were issues with the delivery. He personally went to get it at the Post Office!

I'm not a shoe head or collector but wanted to get my son and I some jordans for the first time . I got the same pair when I was a kid from my dad . They released March 10 2023 . I went to foot locker where a bunch of kids told me they had some then said nvm we don't have none (this was first thing when they opened) I had to be in a raffle only and I can check back later .... bummed we went to finish line , a taller older black gentlemen was there asked if we won a raffle we said no . He proceeded to say no problem what size and got us the shoe ! I'll never shop at foot locker again....EVER BTW and we have football cleats , track shoes etc we buy multi pair every season. I wish I knew the gentlemans name thay made our day.
