Subs were good as always. But Try to act professional when customers are in the store. Cutting up and talking about getting drunk and how you don’t want to be at work is fine when the store is empty. Not when you have a customer right there. Most times the cashier would ask if you were a first responder (which I am) they failed to do it so I just paid normal price. I don’t mind it, I know it goes towards my fellow firefighters. But it’s just the principle.

This is my favorite firehouse subs location. Not the most accessible parking lot, but the food, service, and atmosphere more than make up for it. The wait is never too long, the workers are always very friendly and seem to be in good spirits, and the food it as good as it can get for firehouse subs.Thanks firehouse crew!

Can't handle a small crowd. Waiting in line for 10 minutes. So the cashier can te me is a 30 minute wait. 30 minutes to make a sandwich??

Despite me leaving a 5 star review, I had the worst experiences ever at this location. I honestly have never left a negative review before. This is my first time ever leaving a company a negative review. I’m a business owner myself and my goal is to at least give this location a chance to redeem themselves without it negatively affecting their business or reviews.Last Sunday, December 10th, I placed an online order at 12:36 pm. I had an appointment at 1:30 so I wanted to give myself more than enough time to get to my appointment. I arrived at the store at 12:50, got out my car, walked to the door, and there was a sign on the door stating due to low staff all orders must be picked up in the driveway thru. I get back in my car and there are truly 14 cars in line in front of me. The first car got out their car and said they had been waiting 40 minutes at the window for someone to give them their order. I only had 30 minutes to get to my appointment and there were 14 cars ahead of me. The whole point of me placing an online order was to get in and out. I tried waiting as long as possible. After waiting what seemed like forever, I had to leave. I never received my order and could not even go inside to speak to someone.I called corporate last week hoping they would help me, and to this day, nothing has happened to restore my faith as a customer in this situation.I am truly a supporter of Firehouse Subs and have been for years. All I’m asking is for someone to right this wrong. That’s all.Again, I was very intentional not to leave a 1-star review. I understand ratings are extremely important to businesses. Can someone please assist me in this matter?

Firehouse has always been one of my safe go to spots for a good meal, until I ate at this one! I didn’t think it was possible to mess up a firehouse sub but I was very wrong! My sub on a club tasted so bad I couldn’t even eat it so I’m not dawging firehouse subs just this particular location! I do not recommend eating here!!!! ?

Horrible experience. We used the online portal to order lunch on 8/30/23 and paid with credit card for the office and when we showed up to pick the order up the location was closed due to the Hurricane. We called Customer Service to get the charge removed and they refused to help citing they needed the order number. Except the order number wasnt included on the order email confirmation. Basically they said cant help you better luck next time. I am now having to go thru my credit card company to dispute this charge and wasting a ridiculous amount of time to avoid paying for something we never received. Being a Jacksonville native and Firehouse being a local company i was always a fan. I will never again do business with Firehouse Subs, and its not because they were closed its because how they chose to resolve the issue.

Sandwich was excellent, friendly staff.Only problem was restaurant was a mess. It wasn't busy so no reason to have trash on the floors and uncleaned tables. My wife and I got literally the only clean table.Though the staff was friendly and quick, it seemed like they were a bit lazy.
