I purchased a set of tires. Including an alignment, I paid a little over $700. I took the car back to Firestone two days after purchasing the tires because I heard a noise, I had not heard prior to getting the tires. Turns out, the tires that were put on the car were too large. How does that happen? That was my question. The answer I got was... "I wasn't here when you picked up the car". Well that makes sense! Firestone did attempt to right their wrong by offering a $50 credit. And of course, this completely takes away the frustration and worries I have about possible damage that could have been done because of their error. So, THANK YOU FIRESTONE! I don't even think about this EVERY TIME I get in the car!

I had an alignment done, they completely in a timely fashion, oval very satisfied with this visit. I see the difference in your customer service, it has improved very well, compared to other visits and very expedient in getting my service completed. I will return back for my future services.

Horrible service. Every time we come and get service done they forget to put something back. This time I was stranded on road. Said call tow truck, which meant I would be left on road. Manager was at lunch and couldn't be bothered to call back. Been going here for over 15 years. Not anymore.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment. I brought my car in for what seemed like a simple oil leak repair, but my vehicle has now been in their possession for over four days. Initially, I received a diagnosis, and after approving the repair, I was informed that the necessary part had been ordered. However, I was later contacted with a completely new diagnosis, which involved a significant increase in the cost—over $1,200. This sudden change in both the scope of the issue and the price is deeply concerning, especially given that it was presented without clear explanation.
I also find it troubling that a straightforward oil leak repair would require such an extended period of time to resolve. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place. The lack of transparency, sudden cost escalation, and extended delay have led to a completely unsatisfactory experience.

AVOID FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE AT ALL COSTS! I've spent thousands of dollars at this location this year, but their blatant dishonesty and incompetence have lost them a loyal customer.
An employee and General Manager Mark knowingly lied to me about the repairs on my vehicle. The lack of integrity and accountability is appalling.
I demand honesty and transparency from any business, especially one I've trusted with my car and hard-earned money. Firestone Complete Auto Care has failed miserably.
Do not waste your time or money on this unscrupulous business. Take your vehicle (and your business) elsewhere."

I wish I could give more stars!!! Mark was amazing! I had an appt and within 30 mins my car was being serviced. Mark didn’t try to over sell. He listened to what I wanted and got my vehicle serviced! He managed the lobby well and his customer service is top notch!!!
15/10! I definitely recommend him and this location!

Would give a ZERO star if possible. Took car in for brake job ended up a car that had the same brake issue, engine that jump timing, check engine light, no A/C and brake light won't go off. That's all visually wrong so far. The GM of Firestone says it's not our fault we got a bad part from ford twice but we can try again but it'll be another week or you can come pick up your car. Already had it for 2 weeks later. They took no responsibility and gave no solution. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR CAR *****UPDATE***** car is fixed thanks to DUVAL FORD. The parts firestone claim to have replaced were found to be bad and had to be replaced. Making one wonder did they ever really replace them in the first place... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
