Updated 2.25 Marcus is the man here today for me & I couldn't be more grateful! From this morning to when I had to tow the car in until we picked it up this afternoon and he had to reissue us a card everything was done professionally and on par pictures were sent and I feel confident as a single woman that I was not totally ripped off. My company also uses this company quite a bit and we are one of the leaders of mobility in the industry so if a company like mine trust Firestone you should too. Thanks Marcus!

Not bad, but it was odd that while I sat there, 4 different women, with 4 different cars/makes/models, all miraculously needed new "Serpentine belts" the men waiting, cars did not..

I am not sure how much credit I would have given the other negative review before I took my car in for a simple diagnostics on my wheel speed sensors and for an alignment. I had an appointment for 2 or 3:00pm so I got there at 2:30 pm they kept my car overnight. Charged me $137.00 for the incomplete diagnostics and told me that the ABS module was faulty and was on National Backorder and that they could not do the work because they could not wait that long for the part. Instead they gave the long list of repairs totaling $8,183.73. And a lot of the items on the list I had just done in the last 3 months. I started to think that maybe I got screwed by others that did the work or didn't do the work. I wonder now if maybe this Firestone swapped out good parts for bad parts. The first indicator, was that they said I had a faulty TPM Sensor, but I had just changed them the day before when I purchased tires and rims from discount tires The second thing they said I needed my windshield wiper fluid flushed and exchanged. The next day there was a light drizzle and when I flipped on the spray to my windshield i got an oily smear that I have never seen before. They must have but some dirty chemical in my fluid compartment. A third item was for a complete rear break job - just how long are breaks supposed to last? They were just done 20,000 miles ago. A fourth item was that I needed my ignition wires and battery terminals maintenance which was just done in December. A fifth item was an oil change and filters - they did not even read the sticker in the window, they were just done a few weeks ago!
So even though I gave them permission to do the alignment before hand, when they called to tell me all the things wrong with the vehicle, I cut them off and said no, but the wheel alignment was in their recommended list so when I picked up the vehicle they said I refused the work and they did not do the alignment - which is a good thing because with all that work my car isn't worth it and needs to be scrapped. Just how long should a 2014 Jeep Patriot last with 100,000 miles?
Its a shame that this particular shop did this to me and other customers, I will never going to any Firestone ever again.

Screw in tread...they said they couldn't repair it and suggested purchase of 3 new tires on my 22 Ford. Took it to Sam's and got it repaired....

I went for a vibration in my Toyota RAV4 that occurred after going over 60 miles per hour, they had my car from 1pm to 6pm for a simple diagnosis and when I received my car back they gave it to me with a list of parts that needed to be replaced and work to be done, which they valued at $3937. Not to mention that they charged me $24 for the diagnosis.
Many parts like the sway bars or shock absorbers were less than 1 year old since I replaced them and they didn't tell me any reason to change the parts again.
The next day I went to a different, smaller shop without all the bells and whistles they use and they gave me a free diagnosis, and did the first thing they were supposed to do... they took my car and took it to the highway to see what the problem was, it turned out that I only had to balance my 4 tires, which cost $30... $30 vs $3937, shameless thieves.
In addition to that, the mechanic who worked on my car checked all the parts that were supposed to be changed and ALL of them were good.
In addition to that, I asked Firestone if I could buy the parts and have them install them and they said no. I could find good quality brand parts like Dorman or Moog on Amazon for $75 a piece, on Firestone's quote they cost $310.99... more than four times as much and they were Duralast brand... not counting labor.
Conclusion, Firestone is only trying to get into people's pockets and I would not recommend them to anyone unless I really hated them.

When we arrived at this location, we found out that we had made our appointment at the Firestone further down the road. This was our mistake but they were more than happy to fit us in. Ofcourse without an appointment you will have longer wait times, again our fault. That being said, we had planned of dropping it off for the day so it wasnt really an issue.
When they began to work on our vehicle they called us and explained all the other things that they noticed needed work. They did not pressure us at all into the extra work but instead worked with us on a plan to return in the future to address the mentioned repairs.
All in all great experience, my first time using Firestone for vehicle maintance. We will be back again to complete reccomended services.

Vehicle took much longer to get back than what Was informed. They did give me discounts. When I would call about updates they seemed annoyed.
