Absolute disaster. No customer service what so ever. You can only speak to robots when calling CS. Paid off vehicle weeks ago and can not get a title or even status. Website suggests title may take over 30 days to receive which is unacceptable. If you email them - you may get a reply in about 3 weeks. Never ever again. Avoid this at any cost.

Recently we had to apply to PPP government program, it was a very good experience for me, I got the help I needed and the process was quick. We were able to keep our business alive. I know others First Citizens Bank (FCB) customers that had same experience with FCB, so it seems I am not the only one with a great opinion about the FCB's team. We have been a customer for almost 6 years now. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received during this past years. I have recommended others to the bank. The most delightful experience has been recently during the pandemic. I knew that my PPP was going to be taking care. I had an specific person I could contact at any time. She was working hard to make sure her clients were served. I heard others about their experience, they were literally talking to a computer ,while I have a direct line and a name. Truly, I have no words to describe that.
