I just signed up for Dish TV and had John from First Coast Satellite install the equipment. He was friendly and professional, answered all of my questions and explained everything I highly recommend John if you are considering changing.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been without internet since 10/19. Called the sales rep who sold me the system and he said I need to get a new SIM card. Called the company, phone disconnected. Called another number he gave me, also disconnected. Sent countless emails. Not one reply. Still no internet and the sales rep refuses to help me. Said "I'm out of luck". I will be canceling my service and disputing charges with my credit card company. To top it all off the rep text me for OVER an hour telling me how he was going to bad mouth ME in the community. No thank you. I don't do business this way!

John goes the extra mile! He did everything for our family to have internet and TV in a home we were told could not get service. He was so incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He worked very hard and was even a gem when it came to my crazy kiddos. I could not thank him enough. I would give him 10 stars if that was an option.
