I had a very disappointing experience with First coast supply. I was ready to make a purchase today, as I was looking to buy a washer, but when I called to inquire about availability and pricing, I couldn't get any clear answers. The customer service on the phone was terrible—nobody seemed to know if the washer I wanted was in stock, and when I asked for the price, I was met with vague responses. It felt like no one cared to assist me, and I ended up wasting my time. If you're looking for good customer service and reliable information before buying, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

When I made the decision to change out my under mount sink for a drop in stainless one, I had no idea what a monumental task it would be for the plumbers. They were vexed and didn’t want to work with the quartz countertop to remove the heavy granite composite sink. I had to search for a quartz fabricator to remove it. So everything came to a halt as I called a few places trying to locate a fabricator and got a recommendation for First Coast Granite and Marble—specifically for a man named Marc. A perfect gentleman, he listened to my tale of woe and put me at ease. He sent out two fabricators from First Coast Supply THAT DAY. The two fabricators, Ramon and Vladimir, were beyond reproach, hard workers, and solved my problem. I am deeply grateful to these men, Marc, Ramon, and Vladimir for solving my problem during a stressful time.

We had a so-so experience with first Coast. They demanded a security deposit within a few weeks of trying to decide if we were doing our kitchen with them—-and while Melissa the kitchen designer is meticulous and excellent with design, we were completely disappointed by the quality of the ultracraft walnut cabinets. They sent several cabinets without doors; then when they finally sent the doors they didn’t match. They claim this is because wood has different grain, which we acknowledge, but had the doors come from the same run, they’d match batter. Given we spent over $100,000, this is just orally unacceptable.z. Also it took many many weeks for delivery which delayed our movin to our new house by over 8 weeks— a costly delay. We had offered to buy the cabinets earlier and to store them both to avoid a cost increase and any delay in the build but first coast would let us do this. Their appliances were also tough. We waited almost 18 months for our dishwasher only to learn it wasn’t going to come in… they did nothing to help us find a replacement, which I was able to find in about ten minutes at the nearest Lowe’s for LESS MONEY than first coast charged us a month before. The owner of the company just says “we at the mercy of our supllliers”- but they have no problem charging their clients….

My wife and I like to use local small business vendors and we recently purchased two toilets from First Coast Supply. The toilets were nice quality and not cheap, and unfortunately the customer service was very poor all the way around.
First, we waited over 2 months after being told it would be 4-6 weeks for our order. There were no updates on our order from our salesperson, Jackie. We finally called to find out what the status was and only then did they call the manufacturer to find out what was going on with our order. We waited another two weeks in which I had to call again to find out the delivery date. Upon delivery yesterday, the drivers inspected the toilets and one was found to be broken, so they brought it back. I contacted Jackie immediately, she let me know they had another toilet for us.
I spoke with her this morning and she informed me that she inspected the toilet herself and it was intact, but what she failed to let me know is that it was the floor display they were sending to us. The delivery drivers informed my wife of this at which time she called me at work with this information. I called up Jackie and asked if we would be receiving a discount since this was the floor display, and she said that she needed to talk to the owner and would get right back with me. A short time later I received a phone call from the company, expecting that I would be speaking with her again, instead the person on the other end of the line stated “I heard you wanted to speak to me” without any introduction and I asked if this was the owner which it was. I informed him as to what transpired and he said that they don’t give discounts and that they were trying to help us out by sending the floor model. He offered to have the delivery drivers come back and pick up the toilet for a refund but we have been waiting for months for these toilets and ordered them specifically to have them in and installed in time for Thanksgiving, which obviously did not happen. Instead, we got a Bait and Switch from the company under the guise of them doing us a favor. What a joke and absolute disappointment. I’ve never felt so insulted, and I’ll never use them again. I recommend to steer clear of this business.

Have had a great experience with First Coast Supply. Don was my sales rep for new construction appliances. Britney is the scheduler and coordinator for pre inspection and installation. The pre inspection by Johnny was very helpful citing several corrections needed by trades. I had my installation today and was very pleased with Luis and the other guys. I liked that they are from FC and not a third party so no passing the Nick. They were pleasant, thorough and answered all my questions. Britney has been very helpful following up at several points in the post purchase process. I would definitely use First Coast again.
