We were in need of replacing four 22 year old Sub Zero appliances, and while we had to wait 16 months to get them due to Sub Zero supply chain issues , First Coast Supply could not have done a better job. From initial discussions and configuration decisions, to updating us on latest delivery information, they were always timely. They had their cabinet shop remove and reduce our custom cabinets above the new units to accommodate the higher refridgerator and freezer heights and then perfectly matched our custom color, and then reinstalled the units. The removal of the old units and installation of the new units went flawlessly and right on time. The installers were extremely professional and courteous and took great pains to insure (a) they protected our floors, (b) performed the installation properly, and then (c) walked us through the (new) key features and internal configurations.I STRONGLY reccomend them and will continue to use them for any appliance needs I have in the future.

Stay far away from this business. Nicole was extremely rude and unhelpful. There have been many complaints about her, but nothing is done. We had great service at Setzer's and Florida Marble.

I ordered a range vent hood 12-17-21. The sales person insisted I pay in full, so I did. Big mistake! The vent hood order lingered around "on order" for months and months. The sales person seldom returned calls until I finally said I'm cancelling the order and want my money back. Salesperson said OK, unless the hood was on a trunk from the west coast. Well, it was absolutely miraculous that was exactly the case! The hood showed up shortly thereafter but the extended trim piece originally ordered and paid for needed to cover the exhaust pipe to our high ceiling didn't appear for the next two months. In the end our kitchen was disrupted until August 2nd 2022---seven months to get this appliance fully installed and functioning. Never was there a phone call from First Coast informing us of the delay, seldom a returned call when I inquired about the status of my order. Even more insulting, the billing clerk emailed me a bill for the pre-paid trim piece the day after installation. That's either crooked practice or incompetence, take your pick. After knowing all this and you still insist on doing business with this firm, don't pay anything until the item is fully installed and working. If they don't agree, walk away. I would give them no stars except for two very competent installers. Were I the owner of this firm, I'd fire the local management , sales manager and billing staff and start over.

After a 11 month wait we had the wolf dual fuel range and blower installed in new build. Having paid for install two men showed and the work we paid for could have been done by a two year old. leveling stove was never accomplished and had I not checked ,these men were leaving without hooking electric up to hood. I would have been better off. I paid another electric to do a professional installation. When I notified first coast the manager would not even return my calls.

A while ago, I purchased my entire kitchen from First Coast Supply. Stanley Kandor is the president and he personally helped with pricing the appliances. The Thermador appliances are fantastic and the selection and help inside First Coast Supply's building was amazing. I recently went back to them for updated bathroom fixtures and faucets. Once again, they were fantastic.I score them all 5s.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! I ordered a GE convection microwave on January 25,2021 . Today is July 6, 2021 and I still don't have it . I understand with Covid production is taking longer, however no one has ever contacted me with any updates. Every time I call, my salesperson KYLE, is never there and I am put through to voicemail. Not one single time has he or anyone returned my phone calls. Today I called to ask once again when would I get my microwave and they put me through to a salesman named DON who told me without my sales order he couldn't help me. I asked if he could look it up for me and he flat out said no. He said they would call me when they get it. When i asked him politely if he could just look up they sales order he said "NO, I dont have time for this!' and then he HUNG UP ON ME !!!! I have found all the male salespeople there to be extremely RUDE and MISOGYNISTIC! I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and never, ever been treated so poorly!!

Called to discuss several upgrades to my appliances. And in an instance it became too complicated for the sales person and she (Kerry) just said good time finding your solutions. She hangs up the phone and I was shocked. I wanted a $3600 under counter refrigerator/freezer - with business in the future. These people are doing more business than they can handle. I suggest you identify a sales person with patience and understanding. Else fire them and find someone who is. Going to Ferguson Showroom next. Time will be wasted to First Coast Supply....
