Was able to witness how they treat their employees and honestly, it's just sad. I've listened in on a few phone calls from people that I know who have worked for this company. It was mind blowing to see how some of these reps collect hundreds of thousands of dollars for this company and they are beyond unappreciative. NO incentives... NO bonuses... NOTHING to show that they appreciate your hard work. They constantly poke at their employees for things like going to the restroom. I mean, they run this company like a daycare full of slave workers. Unbelievable... I would not recommend anyone to apply here. UNLESS, of course, you know someone that knows someone. After hearing what I just heard, I am beyond grateful to work for the amazing company that I work for.

I am a recent employee who retired after 25 years of service and was appalled how I was treated by this company never got paid my unused vacation time and my manager never even reached out to me to wish me well several of my colleagues left on their own because they were not happy and were treated like dirt so I would not recommend employment here

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR, they’re a dumpster fire of a company. Trash, complete and utter trash. I promise you will regret it if you let them handle your money, just trust what I’m saying. I will be posting this review everywhere I can so as to save as many people as possible from this nightmare of a company.

I wish i can give this company 0 STARS! As an African American DO NOT APPLY DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SUBJECTED TO RACISM AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS. During training they dont tell you any rules they literally set you up to get fired. At one point we had our phones while dealing with customers checks and no one told us anything about the device policy or the browser policy .For one before my start date the company switched our roles from State Farm Agents to Collections Associate my position was working from home but THEY TOOK THAT AWAY. From the start of training it was mostly African Americans and 2 white people in the class. They hired 16 candidates and told us only 10! Was making it permanently, NO ONE HAD AN IDEA THIS WOULD HAPPEN. They even lied and said they would find them jobs NOPE JUST SENT THEM AWAY. Luckily i made it through but it wasn’t for long, during the training process i was FALSELY ACCUSED FOR ABANDONING MY SHIFT BY ANOTHER COLLEAGUE AND WAS NOT PAID FOR THAT DAY WHEN I HAVE PROOF I WAS THERE! Ms Angela Bakes and Graciela Alvarez DID NOT CARE AND BELIEVED SOMEONE ELSES WORDS OVER MINE. From here it got worse! The top people are white and don’t care about us BLACKS i was recently fired for “slacking” when i have proof i was communicating well with my manager. These people are very insensitive , , I thought i had a dream job and those devils took it quick over one little thing. OVERALL THIS COMPANY IS RACIST DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SIDE EYED ALL THE TIME. And i do look forward to taking legal action! For false reports, false representations, free labor and much more.

This company is racist and discriminates when hiring. My mother interviewed for them with an “African American” recruiter and manager ( my mom is also “African American”). She moved on in the hiring process and had a start date for the training class. A week later she was contacted by the recruiter telling her that the class was canceled. Fast forward I applied just to test them. A Caucasian woman called me to pre-interview me, but when she heard my voice her tone changed as if she didn’t want to finish the interview. I know for a FACT that I aced the pre-interview! 5 minutes later I received an email saying that I wasn’t moving on in the hiring process. That phone call proved my theory of racism and discrimination against black candidates! It is illegal!!!! Not to mention after they canceled my mother’s training class, they fired the recruiter and manager who were BOTH black. I guess the class was too “black” for them. I wish I can give it ZERO stars. I am going to prove racism and discrimination with this company again and I’ll be taking them to court!

We are Indian Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) and engaged FIS for banking solution delivery. FIS promise & signed for complete solution delivery but only to close the deal. Unfortunately, problems start right after a contract is signed as on Jan 2023 approx. 2 years after signing, not a single delivery, and we are struggling for signed agreement delivery for the stated budget as FIS on monthly basis demands for increase in budget.

This office is brand new and high tech. Make sure you park in the parking garage and drive up to the third floor. It will take you to the main lobby. Check in with security if you don’t have a badge. Nothing to complain about. Company offers free lunch and coffee. (During my time). That’s always a plus. Might take a few tries to get use to the buttonless elevators. Overall nice design keep on progressing FIS.

Customer service is non-existent. Your are continually transferred and then disconnected. Inaccurate reporting and unable to get a customer service rep. to resolve it.
