The store was crowded, but it was the day before Christmas Eve. Not everything had the price posted on both sides. Picked up an item that was $20 luckily I saw the prices posted on the other side of the display.

This location has very poor customer service! While there is a line of plus 7 customers, this location & in particular the manger on duty, while standing at a the register, playing on his phone, says he refuse to cash-out customers and we have to use self checkout only! I didn’t come here to work, I put in zero job applications for this establishment! And when I expressed this to him, he said I could gladly leave. I asked for the manager & he said it was him, and when I asked for the store manager, he said I could get the number off the receipt! Very rude, don’t think I’ll be taking my daughters back to this location.
Update: we drove down the street to Oakleaf location and received the great customer service there!
I think it was just this one associate at the argyle location that doesn’t know how to treat others. 🤷🏾♂️

Wouldn’t let me check myself out, even though I have a letter from corporate saying that I am allowed to request to check myself out. It’s OK I will continue to handle the issue with corporate.

This place has changed alot since the high inflation has taken over, I seen items that I saw in Dollar store, but they added a dollar to the price...they don't have the nicer things as they did 6 years ago. Every charger I bought from here, never fits, I even had a associate to help, i end up throwing them away, not worth the trip back to OP to fet a refund, same for the sunglass holder that snaps on the sunvisor, it dosnt even fit....I used to buy my grandchildren Christmas gifts here and spend a reasonable amount, but now, I pass. I throw to much money away from this place, I would rather recommend the Dollar Tree. At least they raised their price up .25 cent, not $1.00.

I needed a tablet holder. So I asked the attendant if he knew where they were & he showed me how to set it up. The cashier helped me ring out & I was on my way in a jiffy.
