I found nice flooring for my home. I chose wood tile. I had a lot of choices to choose from. I finally made a selection and it was well worth it. My floor is beautiful!!!!!. I love it. Good quality, I am very pleased. Staff was great. Wonderful place to shop.

Everyone is very helpful and lots to choose from. Indoor and outdoor flooring supplies. You can find everything you need for your flooring project. Most items are comparable to Lowes or Home Depot.

They smeared glue all over the LVP their interior design team installed which is separate from floor and decore who denied any poor workmanship liability. They tried to remove glue from plastic LVP with acetone which melts plastic. Also the interior designer Patricia told me the only stair available in a style that would not be a trip hazard matched but did not match at all. She blamed that on me and I had to pay. Will not use again. Store managers one named Charles said it’s not their problem. It’s now my problem and I paid full price for their mistakes. Floor and Decore’s in house interior designers is their way of denying any liability by outsourcing any work.

Everything is turning out great. There is one thing I want to mention. I ordered and paid for 19 boxes of icy blue matte subway tiles. I received 18 boxes of icy matte blue and 1 box of GRAY tiles. Make sure you check all your boxes when they bring them out. Also if you have time go through each box and check for nicks & scratches. I had at least 1 box worth of icy blue matte tiles I had to throw away along with the 1 box of GRAY tiles. Other than that everything is ok. Always order more tiles than you need because you may need them!
