I seem to have been enrolled byHealth Options, Inc which also operates under the name Florida Blue Hmo, without my consent or knowledge. I keep receiving bills, letters and IDs. I've called the number on the card for florida blue hmo and they stated they are not able to cancel account because an independent contractor enrolled me. WHAT??? i've been in touch with several help desks that not only give me a mayor headache but they apparently are unable to help as well. I have another insurance that I chose, UHC medicare advantage and I am in shock that anyone can just enroll a person without even having a conversation. It is not a rollover because for 2022 and 2024 I had Wellcare. It is frustrating to say the least. CERO STARSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

If you run this business like you run your telephone system, I would rather risk being uninsured. If I had a nickel for how many times your non-English speaking representatives have hung up on me, I'd be able to purchase all new organs for my body. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

They are so over priced, you will save money going elsewhere.Florida Blue (BCBS FL) is a disaster area of lost processes and collapsing systems. I've been a member of BCBS in Texas, Arkansas, Florida and Pennsylvania. Arkansas is bad, but Florida is by far the worst experience I've had. In one year. After cheating on $1,200 in reimbursements, they now overdraft my bank account by $40,000 when I made a month payment online. Look at this Billion dollar facility, this is where your money goes, don't believe it when they say they can't make a profit with premiums they charge, just look at the palace they've built for themselves.

The girlies, to be frank, are quite pleased with the experience. We walk in, the man is there. My little baby. My silly boy. 'I'm gonna get to know him' I repeat in my head. Yeah I'll do that. Just for the moment. So I step up and tell him "Good lord, I don't know of the blues, the purples, or any of that world! Deary old me". So he picked me up and showed me how it goes. "A soft blue is good for the pancreas" I never knew that. Never ever. "I put a hard blue on my shiny bald head". He had a full head of hair when I walked in. Look at him now, truly the power of blue. I asked him if he knew anything of the social media. The subscription Twitter Blue, for boys. "Better to purchase a prettier shade, more of a lavender tone fits with cryptocurrency". I told my buddy Robert that and he had a full on breakdown. I'd gone too far. Spent too much time on it. But I was enticed with the tones and the gradients and this new way of living. So I stayed. I stayed for far too long and went far too deep. 'There is nothing more to learn' I thought in the deep hours of the night. The man in there had become an extension of my own being. Shivering, trembling, if he ever moved away from my ideal image of him. The light was beginning to fade. I fancied more of a green now. I still do. I haven't spoken since. I want to go back sometimes, to say bye. I can't, I won't. I love this floaty sort of life. I hope it's all like this forever. Good store law firm insurance i think etc 5 stars

Good place for doing quick biometric screen to check body level,They doing many weekly, monthly classes to member. Please give call them before plan to attend those sessions.Center location is easy to visit. All the staff are friendly and smile face.Giving more information about control body measures and good habit tips.Thank you

Stay away and avoid this carrier if at all possible. Just had a terrible experience with Florida Blue and their customer service department. I have been trying to get a refund and have been told so many different stories and amounts of my refund. FB cancelled a policy without my knowing it, my wife was uninsured for a week without my knowing it, and they refused to honor the rewards that we had earned to reduce the premium. No one in customer service can make any decisions and they won't allow you to speak with anyone in accounting or elsewhere who could make a decision. You aren't allowed to plea your case to anyone except the person who answers the phone in customer service. I was told so many different and conflicting things by several different people in customer service. It is a terrible system and not an honest way to do business.

T. Shamara was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Even though she couldn’t get my issue resolved the same day, she exhausted all efforts to try and was upfront and honest when she couldn’t. She was friendly, pleasant and caring and again—> upfront and HONEST. Promote this lady!!

I was covered for most my stuff. But issue for me is apparently anything related to fatness or obesity is not covered such as bloodwork on a general health panel becausei am overweight....and only did this due to my syncope... you kidding me?!? Watch out for these guys they are 2 faces lawyers on steroids!
