I had a horrible experience! I was stuck in 5 different places including my right hand! It swells up to the size of a golf ball.
My whole hand is black and extremely painful. I haven’t had to use of my right hand now for five days! I never want to deal with these people again! ??

The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and nice to me. Was in and out very quickly and everyone took great care of me. I definitely recommend coming here!!

Phone and appointment setup was very slow or not working at all. Receptionist was very respectful.

Beware! COVID PCR test was billed to me with Aetna insurance at $3,125 for a single test! The lab has yet to return calls to me or Aetna, who would like to negotiate in network coverage with them. The Aetna rep told me it’s the highest bill they’ve ever seen for a COVID test. My entire family’s labs were sent to this lab from MedOne in St Augustine. We were not advised that this would be out of network or not covered under the CARES Act. Almost $10k in bills for 3 COVID tests and a lot of stress. Perhaps the BBB will be able to summon a response from Florida Labs.UPDATE: The bill was cancelled. Still a lot of stress for no reason but thankfully we aren’t paying for the crazy expensive testing.

Promised the lady who collected my and my husbands sample I'd leave this review saying the test was not as bad as I expected it to be. The staff was super professional and effective. I don't think we were there for even a half hour and the swab was far less invasive than I had been led to believe it to be. They are located in the VA which confused us at first. But still a 10/10 do recommend and will return if/when I need to be tested for covid again.

I've been twice and both times Ariel helped me out. Painless and quick test and I've gotten my results by the same evening.

l got in and out for a PCR in no time flat. It was easy to find, easy to check in (even without an appointment), Ariel was the gentlest nose-swabber in the world, and I got my results back that day. Anybody who needs a test on the Southside, this is where you should go.

The reviews you’ve read are accurate! Ariel is efficient, professional, informative and even patient ! This entire experience there gave me encouragement that I got the right test at the right place.Selfishly, I want to keep this well run, clean lab a secret but unselfishly I want everyone to know it’s a great option for lab work.

I was so impressed with this office. I had to bite the bullet and make the drive to Jacksonville from palm coast to get tested along with my six month old baby girl. We met a nurse named Ariel I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HER she took her time with doing the swab on my little girl sang to her and really made her feel comfortable she didn’t even cry just kept smiling. I appreciate nurses and doctors like this. I hope not to come back here but if I do I hope I get her as a nurse for me or my baby.

Florida Laboratory Analysis is great ! I got my Covid test here and the swabbing process was quick and painless. I got my results back the same day. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. I would highly recommend FLA to anyone.
