First visit. They Definitely let me sit there for 30mins without acknowledging me or my 4 year old Only to say they don’t have any walk-ins available today. Complete waste and poor customer service. Definitely won’t be back

Why can't I give 10 stars??? Allow me to introduce you to Victoria...yes, my hair met an angel today. First, I received a bad haircut from a different salon and then I box colored (I know.
?..I know) my hair. I ended up with a bad cut AND red hair, neither of which were on purpose. I searched for a salon and got Victoria. She was able to get me in within an hour and listened to me...she actually LISTENED!!! Let me tell you, I walked out with THE perfect cut and color ❤️ She saved my hair and I absolutely love it! She now has a customer for life and I have the best of the best in my corner....Thank you so much Victoria!!!!

Had a disappointing experience with the hairstylist Tara. Came in for a warm balayage and showed a picture of what I wanted. I left with over-processed bright yellowish blonde highlights placed only at the front of my head. I ended up spending more money because I had to get it fixed somewhere else. She did not listen to my request and did something completely different than what I showed her and asked if her. If you are a person of color I do not recommend going to her because she does not know what hair colors complement darker hair and darker complexions. This whole experience and situation left me feeling saddened. Will not come back and would love a refund. The hairstylist who fixed my hair called it a “disaster.” Furthermore, I didn’t ask to be blonde and the stylist added blonde anyway. I ended up paying $300 with a new stylist to have it fixed. I’ve added two photos to prove what my hair looked like before and after my terrible experience. My hair is also naturally straight. My trust has been damaged by this salon. They clearly lack customer service care or skills.

I love Sandy. She does a wonderful job. She doesn't just do a great job on hair. She also cares about her customers as individuals. It means a lot when you sincerely know that someone cares about you.

I was nervous to go to a salon after not going in years, but the process to book an appointment is so easy and convenient! You’re also sent reminders. I was able to communicate with Victoria before I went in to show her what highlights I had in mind and it helped to answer some of my questions. I went in and Victoria was ready to go, she was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Absolutely exceeded my expectations! My hair is healthier than when I went in and I feel great!
Requested style: I requested partial highlights, I have very straight hair
Stylist: Victoria was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly, was even sweet enough to style it after my cut

Asked for someone experienced with cutting short hair and while talking to the girl who was cutting my hair I was her second customer. She didn't listen to what I told her about my hair and what I wanted. Left with what looked like a bowl cut.

Sandy is my stylist & she's amazing! It's hard to find anyone that I trust to do my hair. She always knocks it out of the park. All of the girls in the shop are super friendly, and it has always been a great experience to visit Foiled Rotten

I've had a very difficult time finding a someone to cut my hair and stumbled across this salon on Yelp. I was very nervous to take my niece to a new salon but...Sandy!! She is amazing. She made my niece feel super comfortable. She is down to earth and listened to what my niece wanted. Short and sweet. My niece absolutely loves her birthday cut and can't wait to get home and play with it. We will definitely be back for ALL of our hair needs and I highly recommend her. #ThankYouThursday

I was referred to Carolyn by a friend and she was able to get my hair cut and colored to match my inspiration photos. I love my hair color and cut! She listened to my needs and wishes & followed through. Super cute in the salon & all the stylists were friendly when I walked in & throughout my visit. Thank you!

Sadly the worst haircut I have had in 15 years and also the most expensive. (I wouldn't mind the cost if the haircut was actually good or even fixable.) It is horrific. There is no hair there for anybody to even try and make it better. A 2 year old could have done a better job with safety scissors. I am so embarrassed to even leave my house. There is no rhyme nor reason to anything. One side of my bangs is much longer and flat across, one side much shorter and rounded. There are these two unshapen long bits in front of my ears. I told her I like my hair longer on the top, instead it is all short and in layers. It sticks out in weird ways. You know ugly Barbie from the movie? Take that and make it shorter like a bad pixie cut. I waited a week to write this, hoping it would somehow turn out not as bad as I thought. It didn't. It got worse. It will take months to grow out.

Awesome!!! Saw Carolyn for the first time. I think I can say it's the best haircut I've ever had!!! She did an amazing job. I will definitely be back for her to do my color.
