The big lady *MELINDA V.” working in cashier last Dec 17 2024 has lack of knowledge about her work . They told me to call customer service but I’m already there!! Then I called customer service , they said the store should fix it since I bought it there!! Please don’t hire people who doesn’t have knowledge on your product or store! Waste of time going there …

The store has a very good location, an excellent assortment, the sellers are really always tired and exhausted, but you can understand them, the customer traffic is incredible, there is a huge assortment of shoes, unfortunately, sizing is always a problem.I'll be back tomorrow for a white pair

It felt uncomfortable to ask for help since the two employees were leaning against a wall badmouthing their manager.But when I did eventually get help, it was useful.

Worst customer service ever,was never greeted, never asked did I need help. I showed them 6 pairs of toddler sneakers and they had only 1 pair available. I had to literally go over to the group of 3 employees in a huddle talking to get help. I would never return to this store. I ended up purchasing a pair of Vans,at the Van store. They definitely was more helpful to me when shopping at there store. And had a great selection to choose from. Management needs to hire people that want to work and care about there customers.

I’m trying not to be over head with this but I paid almost $40 for this shirt and they left the ink tag on I live almost 3 hours away and just went for beach trip ended up shopping with this store and now I finally got the ink tag off myself after no store around would take it off even with receipt of sale just kinda makes me mad because the tag wore a hole in the shirt.?

I walked in, no one greeted me, not one employee asked me needed help. They were all just standing around. Clothes were all over the place. line was long, with only one guy on the register. I rather go to Orange park.

I never write reviews but I had to address probably what everyone is thinking. Worst customer service ever!!! I took my son to pick out shoes on what seemed to be a busy day. There were over 15 employees there in the story.In the section we were in there were 5 employees, 2 on their phone, 3 laughing with each other. One more walked over and completely bumped in to my sons shoulder, didn’t say a word. I saw another customer ask for help and the employee rolled her eyes , took the shoe, and walked to the back without speaking.We ended up leaving and went to OP where I spent nearly 600.00 , that was a missed sale for footlocker because of your rude staff.

this store is absolutely the worse we were in the store for about 20 mins without anyone ever addressing us. Majority of the workers were on their phone and the manager Pearson didn't seem to have control or authority of her employees. I will gladly take my money else where

Felt like we were bothering them when we were asking them to go grab us some shoes then finally we found one lady who didn't mind grabbing us her shoes and was nice but two other people that work there felt like they were being bothered to do their job they were close to closing I don't know if they were ready to go home but they weren't friendly or helpful the cashier was friendly
