Jacksonville Florida is a great Logistics city of the New South in my opinion. We have Interstate 10 that starts and ends here. Interstate 95. US1, US90, 301 and A1A runs through Jacksonville along with many other roadways. We have a major port so your items can come from China directly to Jacksonville Florida. We have Major railroad companies in Jax/Fl. CSX is headquartered here. And North Southern, FEC and two short-lines in the area. Oops almost forgot JIA to fly goods across the globe. So I don't buy why you're closing this warehouse and 218 employees are losing their careers.SHAME ON YOU Fanatics Shame on you.This warehouse was built in 1960. Once owned by Winn Dixie Southwest Inc.You went with this old warehouse in the first place to save a buck. And now you’re telling 218 people that work for you Goodbye because this warehouse is falling apart. What’s the real reason these people are losing their jobs and careers? My Opinion.I drove out to your Commonwealth Ave soon to be closing warehouse and then drove to new warehouses off of Commonwealth Ave 2.4 miles away. Not that far from Interstate 295 and the Huge USPS warehouses. These warehouses have many loading doors and seem to be the right size for your company if they haven't already been taken.

Placed an order and only received 1 of the 3 items ordered. Tried to send an email and was unsuccessful. Finally placed a phone call and waiting to receive a response. I don't have money to give away. I would like to get my Jaguar mug and Jaguar glass that I paid in full. At this point I am an unhappy customer.

Got this order today1 hour ago. Good service. Well packaged. Like the deals they send out in emails throughout the year. This one was 20 percent off with free shipping. Good communication with orders.

Sent me an empty box of basketball cards and carefully resealed the box so it looked perfect. The shipping box was not tampered with this was done at the company warehouse.

I placed an order for 2 hockey pullovers on January 7th. Like EVERY OTHER order i had placed , there were problems (usually the advertised price changes when you put the item in the cart, and even after you apply the coupon - if it even works - it is not the same price). This time it took me FORTY-NINE minutes to place the order with the rep. According to "their" system, the item is shown as "indeliverable" and was returned to their warehouse. ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING NUMBER, THE ITEM WAS NEVER MAILED. Now, they are not willing to assist me in getting a similar item for the same price. I purchased the jerseys to wear at an upcoming game. Now, i have nothing to wear. They had no idea how the item was mailed; they issued a UPS traking number, but they told me it was delivered by USPS. Now they are out of the shirts. Absolutely rotten customer service. Somebody's playing CYA at my expense.

I live in Jacksonville Florida less than 10 miles from fanatics . For some reason it still takes 2 weeks to get my item . The order processed in 2 days . Are you shipping it to the moon first ? Wt* ? If I could give zero Stars I would and I promise I will never ever order anything from Fanatics again .

These people are literal trash. I received 5 items that were folded and crammed into a box half the size of the items. I drove 55 miles to their warehouse to make the exchange so that I wouldn't have to reorder and chance the same experience, plus saving them another shipping cost. They turned me away and said that I'd needed to return them online and reorder. I did return them and requested 5 replacements. 4 of the next 5 had creases and flaws and they told me that was normal and wouldn't exchange them again since they had already done so once. Could have been so easily remedied, if they actually demonstrated an ounce of care or customer service. Attention USGA: Drop these clowns as your supplier or merchandise handlers. They are a JOKE !

This online store sells licensed gear for pro teams as well as college teams. I tried multiple other online options for ordering a specific shirt; this retailer was the only one that had the item "in stock" and ready to ship - or so they claimed. Following the Astros' 2022 world series win, it was nearly impossible to locate any Astros merchandise locally. I tried multiple brick-and-mortar sporting goods stores with no luck. Tried to order online from one of these stores and also had no luck. So, I turned to Fanatics. Wow, was I in for an eye-opening experience. Ordered a shirt on 11/7/22. It took 2 weeks to "process" the order, then the order was finally shipped on 11/16. That shipment took 2 days to leave the location it was shipped from, with estimated delivery 5 to 7 days later (via UPS). A total of 3+ weeks to process and ship an order? Absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this online retailer again. I've ordered from many an online store and never waited so long for a shipment (unless it was disclosed up front). After placing your order, too, you're bombarded with sales emails at least 5 times per day. What a pain! No thank you.

BIGGEST SCAM SHOP! Whoever is giving them 5 stars is a paid BOT. I have ordered a $650 Jordan 1997 jersey for my partner(too small) and was unable to even get a proper return address, the return portal for NBA jersey's is fake its not a real return platform. After 5 emails assigned to DIFFERENT Customer support agents each time I manage to get the return address. After getting that and paying $120 to ship the jersey back tracked and traced from Singapore and my EXPENSIVE return was DELIVERED. THIS company has the AUDACITY to PRETEND that my item was never "delivered" this is a SCAM SHOP and I am slowly realising with a 40 EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE with absolutely incompetent support staff that my total $770 is down the drain. Worst customer support if I fly over from SINGAPORE TO the US and HAND DELIVER the item myself that would at least do more.
