Imagine a customer (me) comes in to your store, looking to spend quite a bit of money on clothing but, instead, decided to take her business elsewhere because the staff not only said nothing but glared at you until you got uncomfortable and left.You don't have to LOOK like you have money to spend money.Perhaps teach your staff to not be so snobby to those who decide to give their hard earned dollars to your establishment.

I've visited this location several times, and each time I am NOT greeted or assisted. Usually, the girls are too preoccupied chit-chatting with each other. This store lacks customer service.

I recently made an online order with FP. As I’ve done for many many years! I have truly been a loyal FP, FM, Anthropologie and Terrain shopper - mostly online as well.My FP order was delivered?! However, I didn’t receive it. That day I did receive my Anthropologie order and a Amazon order.I called FP and received no assistance! The customer service representative basically told me, ‘there’s proof of delivery’. So we won’t send another order to you AND there’s no refund.I asked to speak to a equally unhelpful manager. She did agree to do a list package complaint!It’s now FP’s practice to claim - we have proof of delivery! In my case a picture at my door?!How does FP know that’s my door? Or the package wasn’t taken by the delivery person after the picture was taken? Or someone else stole it?In actuality, I am not responsible for anything just left at my door! Im responsible for a package delivered to me. If the delivery person chooses to leave it. I’ve also taken no possession!Shame on you FP for lame practice!While I did get a full $700 refund! Im mortified for those that didn’t…..If this happens to you. Demand a list package investigation. You’ll need it to do a full charge back with your credit card company! This isn’t information FP is sharing with you!Not sure I’ll support this company any longer!

The staff made my experience very pleasant as I don’t particularly like trying on clothing. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and I also saw a friend returning an item with no hitches. Great experience. For all of the one star reviews: maybe try not taking things so seriously. Life is short.

I really like free people clothes but started skipping this store when I go to the town center. The women working there always make you feel like you’re interrupting their day. They stand there and just stare like they are waiting for you to leave so they continue to chit chat. It’s so ridiculous it’s almost comical. Just say “hello! Let me know if you need any help.” That’s it! So simple…

This is the second time that I've been to this store and have not been acknowledged. It wasn't even busy. Literally not one person spoke to me even though I was there looking around for about 15 minutes. In my opinion customer service is such a big deal and I hoped my first trip was a fluke. This time I was out shopping for my birthday and even though I found a couple things that I liked, I ended up not getting anything. Any other free people store that I've ever been to usually has amazing customer service and I was bummed to find out that this location does not (even after giving this location another shot).

My daughter received a top from this store for Christmas and it did not fit well.Went to store to exchange or store credit and store policy refuses everything without receipt or full information of original buyer. Ridiculous. I’m not asking for the money just to exchange size or for another item. Filed a complaint to corporate for stupid store policy.

Best customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store! I was shopping for my birthday dinner and Grace was so much help. Not only did she help me pick out the perfect outfit, she was so fun and such a sweetheart! 10/10 experience:)
