I can’t say enough about this place! I went to find my wedding dress and went in with the mind set of trying to find the idea of what type of dress I wanted not picking the forever dress. I made my appointment easily online. I went in and was met by 3 amazing women who helped through out everything. They had me pick some dresses out to see what I was thinking and helped me try them on. As we tried them on they took notes on what I did like and what I didn’t like and pulled more dresses for me. They listen to the little things that I said and that is what made such a huge impact on me. They never rushed me, never pushed something on to me. At the end of the day I found my forever dress and I truly could not have done it without all of them. I never write reviews but I knew I wanted to do one for them. I read the google reviews on here and took the good and the bad ones when I made my appointment to heart and here are my thought, make an appointment! You’re gonna need them so can put your focus on you and help you every step of the way. Go in with an open mind! And you can not beat the prices that they have for Wedding dresses. I have also attached some pictures of me in the wedding dresses so you can get ideas as well of what they have to offer!

Just left and I was highly disappointed with the customer service. This was my first time ever looking for a wedding dress so I didn’t know that I had to book an appointment. After entering I asked by chance do you accept walk ins. There was a young lady there with a color block top that advises that they can schedule a walk in. She seemed unwilling to assist me in anyway. She basically told me to try on any dress and went back to her desk. She was unengaged and nonchalant. After looking at the rack of dresses I stated that I was overwhelmed and left. This is so disappointing for me because this experience made me feel that I was definitely in the wrong place.

I had graduation for my grandson and completely forgot a bowtie. A sweet kind and beautiful young lady at the cedar hills location saved the day by loaning me one off of a mannequin. She even helped him put it on. Thank you for making his special night complete . You restored my beliefs that there are still kind people in this world. I will bring all of my business to this location and refer any friends.

I ordered a gown for a national pageant in an emergency when the first gown I bought looked nothing like the picture when I got it and didn’t even fit either. I paid $80 extra to have the dress sent 2 day & drop-shipped from the designer to make sure I got it in time. The designer’s warehouse didn’t ship the dress like they were supposed to so I reached out to French Novelty in shear panic that I wouldn’t have an evening gown for the pageant. I was almost immediately called back by Matthew who called the designer and forced them to ship my gown overnight at their cost since we did everything we were supposed to do on our ends to get the dress shipped to me in time. I just got notification my gown will be delivered by noon tomorrow from the designer. This is a legitimate company who buys directly from name brand designers. They also provide prompt, caring customer service. Thank you Matthew for understanding my crisis, calming my nerves and handling it for me to my satisfaction.

LOVED shopping here for my wedding gown! All of the gowns I tried were around $500-700 which was more than HALF off of the other stores prices for the same high quality dress.
Neesh was FABULOUS and really listened to me and my guests to find me the perfect dress. She chose one that I would never normally try on and I fell in love with it & the price tag!
I'll definitely be back for my bridesmaid dresses and I'll tell all my guests to look there for their dresses first!

The gist: French Novelty is so much more than just reliable. The customer service is incredibly, and I would like to specifically thank Mary and Matthew for their communication. Shop here, order online from here, do both. This is a wonderful place to give your business to.
The (very) long version: While shopping for prom season, I found a dress in store I was really fond of. It was pretty, the style flattered me. It was the best thing I had found all day. However, it was light pink while I was hoping for light blue, and it was non-returnable. We looked online to see if it could be ordered. French Novelty had it for $120 cheaper than what the store was asking for, AND offered it in light blue. We took the “risk” and ordered it. In the comments section, I mentioned that light pink was also okay if they did not have light blue. We tried to call to see if they had it in stock but were sent to voicemail. Their FAQs and website outline that when an order is placed, there is no guarantee they have the dress or can get it to you by your “wear date” (the date of the event you need to wear the dress marked along with size and color. A truly innovative feature I believe!) but they promise to not charge your credit card until they confirm they have it and can get it to you. They also claim to send information 24-48 hours following the placement of an order. They did! A little under 48 hours later I got an email stating they did not have the dress in either color in a size 10 (they read my comment!), but they did have it in both colors in a size 8 (provided alternative options!). They also called back to respond to the voicemail! I responded and asked to change my order for the light blue size 8. The next day the order was placed at 10am sharp, with a discount applied for taking a smaller size. The shipping and delivery turnaround time was incredibly fast, as all of this happened about two weeks ago. I am unbelievably happy with my dress and grateful for the communication and generosity of the staff at French Novelty. I will absolutely be keeping them in mind for my next formal event.

The staff here are so incredible, they helped me soooo much with my prom dress and they were so so SO encouraging. I had a lady come help me pull some dresses and everytime I came out in one, her and the rest of the staff gathered around to encourage me and find out what I liked and what I didn’t and once they knew they kind of all went and pulled some things for me. All of the staff had their own compliments on the dresses I tried on and talked me up so much. It absolutely made my appointment. such pretty dresses and such a good variety.
